Visiting the area so it was our first time visiting, I’m vegan so always check the menu first.
So many options and the lad serving asked if I wanted substitute chicken or just veg balti, I don’t eat any meat substitutes so so pleased he asked.

The food was amazing, we stopped here on out 950 mile bike ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats. The meal kept us fuelled and the staff where very accommodating. Highly recommended

Best in Carlisle. Absolutely delicious, all 6 of us agreed this was the best one in Carlisle. Everything is amazing from the poppadoms and starters to the mains. Excellent service, great atmosphere . A busy Saturday night and everything was perfect.

Really good Indian food. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, and the portions were great. Loved the naan and the curries gorgeous. Service was friendly and the whole vibe was relaxed. Can’t wait to go back.

Booked this restaurant for valentines meal. We were welcomed with a warm, friendly smile and a good evening. We were shown to our table and given menus. Drinks were ordered quickly. The food service was fantastic, and the meal itself was out of this world very tasty. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. Great little touch at the end. When we paid the bill, we were given little chocolates and a bag of sweets. I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Thank you for a great evening.

Food was average, not as good as The Viceroy (another local), but the atmosphere is better than there. A medium Rogan Josh was tasteless, the Chicken appeared to be completely tasteless, rather like having a Chicken Tonight. My wifes Prawns were shrivelled up and the naans were like garlic flatbreads. Mediocre food but not the worst we have had.
