I noticed on the app that my order had been out of the oven for over 40 minutes. I called and asked them to remake it fresh so it wasn’t cold when it got to me. They agreed. Well, obviously they didn’t remake it and I got cold food. Also, the drivers must not be able to read, because they dont follow delivery instructions.

Im getting so tired of everything being so much more expensive, but the service and food are constantly getting worse. I ordered online. I get light sauce and extra cheese. Well, they did light sauce, but theres no way theres extra cheese. I wanted pepperoni only, but they get pineapples, onions, and olives on it in various places. Which changes the taste dramatically, and I don’t find out until I bite into a piece, then have to spit it out. I ordered two of the same kind, and it happened on BOTH of them. Shows me how careless these employees are. It truly annoying that I can’t order food from anywhere anymore without it being sloppy, cold, old, barely put together, are just fixed wrong.

I ordered multiple pizzas for a class party and when I opened one there was a piece missing. When I called they seemed irritated and tried to tell me it probably just shifted in transit. They also seemed irritated that I wanted a new pizza brought out and insisted that they needed this pizza back if they were going to bring a new one out. I was totally fine giving it back (because I clearly wasn’t going to eat a pizza that came to me missing a piece) but it would have been nice if they hadn’t acted like I was either too dumb to be able to tell if the slices had shifted or if I was lying. If they had apologized (nothing over dramatic, just a simple we’re sorry about that and will get you out a new one ASAP) I wouldn’t be writing this review. Instead, they had an attitude on the phone, the driver had an attitude when he returned, and it took them almost an hour to get the new pizza out to me.

Extremely disappointed!!! They refused to honor the deal on the sign I saw on the side of the road. I drove all the way here and my son was so looking forward to eating pizza. I didn’t have quite enough money on me to pay for it without the deal. #pissedoffmom #unsatisfiedcustomer

Used to love this Domino’s. Last 3 times I’ve had to wait over an hour for my pizza. Very rude service when I called to ask about my order. Had to ask for a refund for the last one.

If you order from here, order it uncut and just cut it yourself, because whoever is doing it now does a terrible job. I don’t know if they have a medical issue preventing them from cutting pizza correctly or what, but this is the worst I’ve ever seen. And I have seen a LOT.
Other than that, pretty good Domino’s location. I have had the worst luck with whoever is cutting the pizzas over there, though. Some slices are 3-4 times the size of other slices. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I worked in several pizza restaurants as a youth (never Domino’s, but Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and at least 3 other local places also). I would have been fired within hours at any of those places if I cut a pizza as badly as this Domino’s location does.
I am willing to teach them how to correctly cut a pizza, free of charge, if they are interested. If not, then I recommend cutting the pizzas yourself. You can’t possibly do a worse job.

Well I’ve always gotten good service and food here but today I order ahead of time on the app. Show up. Pay. Pull around the building and wait and wait and wait. My app says ready it was ready 20 minutes ago but no food. I’m told it’s not ready yet. So much for your order tracker I’m very disappointed today. Terrible service
