This is the worst service ever the fried plantain are soaked in oil Also the order messed up the chimi is supposed to be with out tomatoes somehow they managed to do everything wrong just paid 56$ bucks and can’t eat none the stuff that I bought call the restaurant and the chef on the phone just agreed that the order wasn’t correct this is a whole new level of disrespect also told me thanks for the complaint like my money is to give complaints. Garbage took way too long for 3 pastelillos two ladies walked in ordered and I got to watch them chomp on their food as they paid as I still waited so I walked out shortly after. Remind you the place is empty it’s after 2am and the patelillos on display as the employee told me they were old and that’s is why I waited never been there so why not let me see how the pastelillos are nope walked out annoyed instead. Shouldn’t be open so late if they can’t handle one person for pastellillos. I won’t be returning

When I went in I was expecting the worst, I’m talking straight jail food. But to my surprise the staff was really friendly and welcoming even though it took them about 5 mins to attend me even with an empty restaurant. The food was amazing! It came out hot and lacking no flavor. I did only try the yaroa(7-8/10) so I can’t speak for the whole menu but presentation wise and smell they got it down 100%. I would definitely go back and even recommend a friend to eat here. Great job Switching it up and prevailing over the bad reviews Santurce Bbq !

Honestly, I’ve tried very hard with this place. It takes a lot for me to write a review. This will be my last time ordering from here. La comida es horrible, el pollo seco frío y viejo deberían de quitar el pica pollo del menú por que esta malísimo y encima de eso nunca tienen sides, they never have sides so refrain from ordering on DoorDash. Why have them as options if you never have them literally I’ve ordered multiple times here because it’s open practically all day and every time I regret it. Always forget the drinks too. Do better! Save yourselves the hassle.

Food is okay, but very overpriced to me, also they dont seem to have any set prices so they just charge you whatever they feel like while also being incredibly skimpy with any kind of meat. Similar, Better and cheaper options are available nearby.
