Tonight I had an off experience at this location. My partner and I walked in at exactly 7:30pm on Dec. 26th and were automatically greeted with attitude from what seemed like a trainer training a trainee. She told us it would be a second since they are starting to close. Automatically I was shocked because I do understand that yes you close soon, but at the end of the day your closing tasks should NOT come before the customer. She had us order on the kiosk so we did. A couple more people had walked in after we ordered and they were all hit with the same amount of sass from the trainer with the same statement about closing. She was not helpful at all to these customers and definitely made everyone feel very uncomfortable. Finally they called out my drink which was a large and I noticed it was underfilled by a very decent amount. Neither the trainer nor the trainee seemed to care. Overall the experience was very subpar and this girl should not be working food service if she’s going to be choosing closing tasks over the customer. I really do not think any manager or management would want that to be the face of Keva Juice. She needs to be retrained on how to properly manage these types of situations and realize under-filling product means we’re losing out on the product we paid for.

Went in on a Saturday morning. They got quite busy while we were there. Staff was very friendly. Don’t think they had planned being as busy that morning. Waited 25 minutes for 4 smoothies. They were delicious. Don’t visit too often so maybe it was a one off but in my opinion they could have used another employee, as there was only 2 at the time. Still will visit again, maybe someone called in but I feel like they could have used another little more help. They were out of strawberry boba but we weren’t told until after we’d already paid and the drink was made. They did ask us if we wanted another flavor of boba, but would have liked to know at the beginning they were out of

Part of why I finally decided to write a review is this new girl, Zee. I’ve only just met her today, but I think she’ll be one of my favorites.
Sometimes they get a new worker and it feels like they never left training, and sometimes I watch them grow. Sometimes they come in with prior experience and I can tell. But the service is typically pretty good.
Highly recommend.

The customer service was absolutely horrible, upon ordering the person behind the cash register huffed and puffed while telling them my order, they didn’t have the popping Boba 1lb case was out and they charged 15$ for a tiny cup half full of them, they were out of straws and we asked for them and the gal making the smoothies rudely replied “JUST A MINUTE” , then proceeded to give straws to the people behind us, overall we paid 50$ for an extremely sub par experience, smoothies made wrong and pretzels served with cold cheese in addition to the terrible attitudes by all the employees. This place used to be good but now its completely low quality.

I’m used to going in a lot of food and drink service stores, so many are always have very slow service. On my first visit at Keva juice, it was Quite busy but customer service was very nice and the three working or actually working very fast and very well. So far the best movies I’ve ever had in Carson City.
