My boyfriend and I had ordered a large pizza with cinnamon knots from here since we haven’t had Chanellos in a while. While the pizza was good, the cinnamon knots were burnt, did not come with frosting, and are literally swimming in an inch of butter or oil in the container! I know that this type of food is not the healthiest, but ive never seen anything like this. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again

I will never purchase a sub here EVER. I ordered from the one off of Todd’s lane in Hampton. I got a baked Italian sub but it only had 2 very very thin slices of ham and two very very thin slice of salami, like paper thin. It was basically an onion tomato and jalepeno sandwich drowned in mayo!!! I couldn’t eat it. After 2 bites I threw it away. It was very disappointing considering I was at work and was soooo hungry!! But at least it took my appetite away. Never again.

UPDATE (Jan 13): Still no resolution. After my initial review, the owner asked me to email them directly. I sent the first email on Jan 3rd and a follow-up, Jan 12th. I have received zero response. Very disappointed in the lack of professional communication regarding my refund.

I am writing to formally request a full refund of $44.00 for an order placed at your Todd’s Lane location on December 26th at 6pm. The experience was characterized by poor food quality, unprofessional management, and concerning food safety practices.
Summary of Issues:
• Initial Order Errors: Two of the three subs were prepared incorrectly, and the cheese fries contained a negligible amount of fries.
• Unprofessional Conduct: Upon returning the food as requested, the manager on duty questioned my integrity and insisted on manually inspecting the returned subs before agreeing to a remake.
• Health & Safety Concerns: The manager took the returned subs—which had already been inside my home—behind the preparation counter. I observed what appeared to be the original meat being transferred to new bread, and the returned food was kept in close proximity to other customers’ orders.
• Poor Quality of Remake: The remade subs were served with burnt cheese and were inedible. Furthermore, because of the 20-minute delay and the manager’s refusal to replace the now-cold fries, the entire meal was wasted.
I am disappointed that I spent $44 on a dinner my family could not eat. Given the combination of poor service and the breach of food safety protocols regarding returned items in the prep area, I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method.
I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the refund. I have already sent an email on the website however have yet to receive a response.

Onion and pepperoni thin crust was absolutely perfect. Ordered on a Friday night and the time between ordering and when we had our dinner delivered by Tay was a half hour. What was cool was we were able to track progress of our order and as the delivery got closer on the GPS map the red zone circle got smaller pinpointing to our hotel. Met them at the front door.
Back to the pizza…
My pizza place of choice, hope to eat there in person as soon as I can.

Everytime I try to order take out they always asking for a Tip ! Like it’s unprofessional.. it makes me feel like if I don’t have enough for tip my pizza my b tampered with.. no other chancellors does this.. it’s disgusting

The customer service is up to par but my order was not and I am completely displeased with the whatever the staff making the food is doing in the kitchen. My order was simple, a large pizza, two can Pepsi’s, and two orders of the famous cheese fries. I have never ever in my life ordered from a chanello’s and my food be prepared as if the person preparing it could care less about the person ordering. The kitchen service needs help. I have never ordered from a place and have ever received my food and getting it and feeling like how I am feeling right now. My fries are inedible and there aren’t really any fries in the order I received from the get go. I was refunded my two app and the sodas but I really feel as if I should have been refunded my whole order. I’m not even hungry anymore and I am afraid if I or my family eats this we will be sick because if you can send out an order that looks remotely close to anything like this, who knows what is really going on back there in the kitchen.

Worst experience ever, will never order from here again. First the woman who answered the phone was rude and seemed as she didn’t enjoy her job. Your problem not mine, find a new job if you don’t like Chanellos. Received the whole wrong pizza and I don’t eat pork! So I’m sure two people tonight are dissatisfied since the drive had two orders. I paid .90 each for ranch cups that were no where near filled. It literally takes 1 time to ruin an experience and Im sure if the woman who took my order didn’t have such a disrespectful attitude my order would’ve been correct.

The gentleman who runs the Todd’s lane store goes by the name of Tango and he keeps his employees working hard with a friendly attitude towards each other and the customer. The service is comforting and every time I come in I feel at home with the satisfaction of my pizza tasting exactly how I desired!
