I don’t know why but I was really craving a burrito from Chipotle recently. I honestly couldn’t remember the last time that I had one, I feel like it’s been years. I decided to come to this store cause it was the closest one and the one with the best reviews.
The line wasn’t very long when I came in thankfully. There were two people ahead of me and in less than five minutes, I was placing my order. I had a pretty standard chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, veggie fajitas, red salsa and the chili corn. I was honestly worried that they wouldn’t put a lot of chicken in my burrito. I hear all kinds of stories about the workers at Chipotle skimping out on the portion but I feel like they gave me a pretty big spoonful of chicken, enough so that I had chicken in every bite of my burrito. I also liked how the burrito didn’t fall apart on me lol, something that was common before. The burrito was great overall and I was really satisfied with my choice in coming here.
I didn’t dine in so I can’t say much about the atmosphere but it looked clean and there was a lot of people eating inside the restaurant. The workers were also really respectful and not rude at all, contrary to what a lot of these reviews say.

First time eating Chipotle and this location was good. Staff was kind and super helpful. Dining area was a bit messy but they were really busy helping guests so I understand. Will definitely eat here again.

We were just in Chipotle and forgot our sides. As we were literally driving away, the amazing, fantastic, beautiful, lovely manager ran outside with our sides and gave them to us. We had no idea we forgot them. She is a literal angel. Thank you so much!

My son left his phone there and we noticed hours later. I called the guy Mando said he would hold it till we came and got it since there was other phones there that he held for months. We live in big bear and wouldn’t be able to pick up for a while. We went to pick it up and he told me that he got rid of it a week later. He lied and told me that he would hold it. Someone has it bcuz it was taken off of rhe family link app.
I’m sure he stole it.

Ordered a bowl with double chicken and I was literally served half a bowl. When I went to report my concern to the worker about how I paid for double protein and was served a half bowl, a female worker came out of nowhere with a side of chicken without allowing me to finish. I then asked if it was possible to get more rice and beans added and she rudely replied “Rice and beans are never extra so you don’t need to be afraid to ask for more.” I said I get that, but I should have been served the right amount of rice and beans without having to ask for more given I paid for a full size bowl, not a half size. Look at the photo of the bowl and you’ll see how stingy they are. Not to mention, there was a giant spill on the floor and all the tables were dirty.

Very unexpected service in my so far experience with Chipotle. Got a piece of meat in my vegetable bowl. They said “sorry” and offered free bowl which I didn’t take. But i was disappointed with food which we always loved to have in Chipotle with vegetarian options. Highly doubt i will visit this outlet again and probably think twice eating at chipotle again.
