Really disappointing meal- first a cheeseburger meal is now 18$ which is absurd for the food and service being provided at this location.
My burger was soaked from frozen tomatoes, the bun was mush immediately from the drive through window, no salt on the tots, and the Dr. Pepper syrup was full of water… I’ve eaten here for years and this is was terrible.

I went in at Hat Creek Belterra, and met the most wonderful person. His name was Phillip (Flip) and he was so kind! I did not know what sauce I wanted so het let me try them and see what I likes most, he took his time to help me and then gave me one extra small container of each for the greatest experience. I was blown away, thank you for this amazing moment, I will be back!

Great place to eat and hang out with friends. Having a playground so close to tables you can eat allows us to have intentional time with friends while our kids play. The burgers are absolutely fantastic!!

First I got sprayed by the coke machine when the spigot came off in my cup, the fries were soggy and lukewarm and the burger was very dry it hardly seemed like it was made to order. It’s normally very good at this location but not today.

I have loved Hat Creek food for years, but it’s not really worth the annoyance of trying to get the right food anymore. This is at least the 10th time in the past year I have ordered take out and gotten home only to realize that they screwed up my order so badly that I can’t eat it. I’ve called them multiple times to try an fix it, but they won’t even pick up the phone. The staff aren’t very friendly either. I’ve even had one manager repeatedly pet my service dog despite me telling her she couldn’t. They are disrespectful and uncaring about how your food comes out. Not to mention that I haven’t eaten there in a long time because it’s incredibly loud. Even if you sit inside away from the playscape, they have the music and TV’s playing so loud over eachother that you can’t even hear yourself think. It has been a very long time since I’ve actually enjoyed the experience of getting food here. I can’t even reccomend it anymore.
