This is the second time I have ordered a #3 combo and plainly said No Sour Cream
But they put it on there anyway I was on my lunch hour so I didn’t have time to take it back
So all I had for lunch was Canon twist and Moutain Dew

I went to taco bell this past Wednesday and had a wonderful experience. It was probably the best experience I’ve had at a taco bell. I went through the drive through line which was fairly fast given the amount of people. When I ordered my food (I was specific about what I didn’t want on my food) the worker repeated it back to me and when I received my food it was exactly the way I ordered it and was hot and fresh as well. I was very pleased bc it’s almost always wrong whenever I order anywhere else. The workers were very polite and accommodating. It’s nice to see workers who are mannerly and seem to care about their job and how they perform.

The food was really great. I had the grilled cheese nacho fries as well as two chicken chipotle melts with extra Chipotle sauce. The only reason I didn’t give the food a five star is cuz when I opened the food the fries were upside down in the box. The chicken chipotle melts were poorly wrapped, now the only reason I say that they we’re poorly wrapped is because my fiance used to work at a Taco Bell and they wrapped better and because of them being poorly wrapped the sauce got everywhere. Also when I asked for a big handful of mild sauce I was only given 4. Now the reason I gave the service a 3 was because I don’t know the name of the person who took our order but they just seemed really annoyed and bothered that we were even there and then when we asked to add a water on at the window she just kind of scoffed and rolled her eyes and said yea it’s gonna be .40 I believe it was. Other than that the atmosphere was good.

The food here is standard for a Taco Bell. However, there have been more than a few times where my order has been taken incorrectly and I have gotten something completely different than what I’ve ordered. Also, service can be slow even when there seems to be no other customers. On the plus side, everyone is very nice and respectful.
