Since 1984, we’ve always been about more than just fast food. We’re here for the pit stops that power your day—quick bites between errands, after-school cravings, late-night runs. The kind of fast food that shows up for the town it’s in. No frills, no fluff. Just good food, fast, made for the folks who keep this place moving.‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍

Definitely not worth the drive. We waited 1 1/2 hours in line only to get fries that were baked and tasted like crap and chicken bites that were cold, so hard you could not even bite it and definitely not deep fried but baked until dust. There were 4 double olive burgers that were subpar and one double cheeseburger which I may add was the only burg worth eating. Last but not least the coke tasted like cardboard like the cups got wet and then musty set into the cup. $40 bucks right down the drain and will not be back.

Waited for all the initial excitement to die down and come try this new hot now, I used to frequent hot now when I was younger and had fond memories of this restaurant. I’ll start off with. Ordering was a breeze with two made to order burgers & three others it was less than a minutefrom time of order to the time I had food in my vehicle as it was back in the day on 28th Street in Wyoming. The burgers themselves were disappointing and the buns are definitely not the same as they were back in the day, for the amount of money they charge for their burgers, I don’t see this place lasting more than a year or gun lake casino just uses this as a tax deduction for losses that they’re going to incur by continuing to keep this restaurant open.

Burger did not fit bun, fries were all burnt and clearly cooked in an air fryer, why bring this place back just to put out food like this. Very very disappointed! Will not return. Window employees was great, pop was good. But that’s all.

We were excited for Hot N Now to open . The wait was an hour everything was good except that our cheeseburger and Olive burger were a little cold. They were definitely pumping out the burgers, non stop since they opened. Prices were definitely not like they used to be.

There’s a wait but it’s new and might be worth it if you love it. I didn’t. Yes, the price was good but it’s because the portions were even small for me and I don’t need a big burger, and my husband drove away hungry. The food experience fell flat – burgers not flavorful or juicy, fries not very hot or yummy. Not a good value for me.

Good nostalgia trip! The line was about 10-15 mins at lunch time. We ordered a crap load of food. For me, the burgers were almost exactly how I remember them. The buns were a little more fresh than what they were in the 90s.

I don’t think the fries are the same but they were decent. Cheesy taters were just ok but I don’t remember getting them as a kid. The popcorn chicken was absolutely terrible but exactly how I remember them. It still made me smile. Back then, not a lot of places had popcorn chicken and it was my first experience with them. They taste like what you would find at a gas station. Worth it if you have fond memories of them.

Overall, the price is ridiculously high for what you get food wise. The draw back in the day was that you could get a few burgers, some fries, and a drink really cheap.

I will definitely be back but really can’t see this lasting for a long time (yes I know the Sturgis location has been open for forever).

Really fun visit. All of the employees were very happy and helpful. Very quick in getting people through the line. Pretty cool they have a walk up window too. I’ll try that sometime.

I’m genuinely leaving this review soley to help out the owners so this place can stay in business, as I know they invested so much into bringing back the nostalgia for all of us! The young girl at the window were very nice.
We didn’t order much but I had waited for months to come for the Cheese teezers.
We ordered some and received them and I was so saddened to see that they are not the same as they used to be. I can get the same ones but better from Burger King or Wesco. They were also cold, bland and stale. I came back around to give you a chance to fix them and I got a new order which were burned, powdery (like dust), unsalted but hot on the outside , and we took a bite and they were FREEZING cold inside. We spit them out they tasted horrible. (Turn down whatever your using to cook them and let them cook inside without burning). The pop also tasted funny. I wanted to come back around to let you know but the people working were so young I figured it wouldn’t go anywhere. I see numerous reviews highlighting the same issues.
I hope this helps and you can make the adjustments needed to keep this place open! Maybe give some of these reviews responses as well. I think the fact there aren’t any responses to anyone, makes people feel like you opened and now you don’t care what your serving people who came out of their way to try your food.

It was not like when I was a kid. The fries are thicker not shoestring like when I was a kid. Burgers weren’t exactly the same as I remember. However it wasn’t bad at all. Wouldn’t recommend the chicken poppers if you want crispy. Cheesy taters were excellent. Burgers had good flavor.

Service was great. I went there grand opening day with my family. We got a whole whopping $60 worth of food, almost the same as Culver’s for us. My only gripes is the fact that my brother’s food was missing and that the quality of the food wasn’t great. More expensive for a similar burger at McDonalds. Also the soda machine probably wasn’t cleaned well enough or was too new since it tasted there was a cleaning solution in our drinks. Sturgis location has a much larger menu.

Best tasting fries I’ve had from any fast food location. Love the flavor from the bit of char and plenty of crunch from however they cook them.

Burgers are standard Hot n Now from what I remember way back when. Small and simple. Good olive burger sauce.

Fast service. Drive in to drive out in 2 minutes tops at noon on a weekday.
