we ordered 16pc parm bread bites and only two survived the drive home. they were perfectly made with lots of parm and garlic sauce. for our pizza we ordered bbq chicken bacon well done & it surpassed our standards ! we are so happy & FULL !

It’s a to-go place only. I waited a bit and a young man came from the back somewhere. The must not have a camera or mirror available to see who’s walked in. I gave him my order. Gave him my phone number and told him I’d wait in my car (no spots available in front of the store). He said about 15 minutes. So I waited and gave extra time, but when I didn’t get a call I walked to the store. The original dude wasn’t there, but 3 other workers were. I said ” it’s been much more than 15 minutes”. It was determined that I was the only person looking for the pizzas that were sitting on the shelf. I asked why nobody called me, and the answer was a flat “we don’t call people”. Ok, then, the pizza was on its way to cool down. That was $53-ish for 2 large pizzas. They didn’t look good and tasted the same. This was the first time ever that I’ve had Dominoes pizza, and it will be the last. Very disappointing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ive been ordering here weekly for months. Every week I order my pizza square cut, ive had 3 hand surgeries and eating triangle cut pizza is extremely painful. Almost every week my pizza shows up triangle cut. I put very detailed delivery instructions every week and half the time theyre ignored. Your employees need to learn to actually read thier tickets when they come in.

Placed an online order. ~$13 worth of food was simply not delivered. No heads up. No notification, no change of price, no offer for substitutes. Attempted to call the store and no human picked up for over 8 minutes. Waiting on dominos corporate to get back to me. Absolutely unacceptable service. Will never order again.

If you order their food through Uber eats it’ll never arrive and you’ll get charged (this store in particular). If uber doesn’t have a driver, they wont bother to deliver. When you request an update, they call you at 930 at night 2.5 hrs after you asked for an update. I tried to cancel through Uber eats and couldn’t. Didn’t have time to call this store. Now I paid $42 for pizzas with no pizzas.

Me and my boyfriend did a pick up order after having a really tough day and so we pick up the pizza get home and I open my box (I always get the same pizza) and it had the wrong sauce. It ruined the whole pizza for me and it was really upsetting and the Cherry on top of having a bad day. And the pizza wasn’t cut enough it was a small pizza but they only cut it into 4th which is way to big of slices

Really slow service (45 minutes) for an average style fast food pizza, and they weren’t that busy. I’ve gotten pizza faster consistently from a traditional pizza establishment!

I’ve been ordering from Domino’s Pizza for years, and this is crazy. The last three orders they either forgot the soda or said they were out. They keep giving me soda credits and telling me “order next week and you’ll get it,” but every time I try, there’s no soda at all. I don’t know where management is looking, but this makes no sense.
