Its a laid back setting with laid back staff and a full gastropub menu. Food was average and the beers are ok. This place is more like a dive bar than a gastropub.
Its a nice place to catch a match or just hang out with friends. I was alone and left alone. The washrooms are outside and you need to walk through the cold to get to it. Not a clean washroom.

Drink were priced good but a bit weak, half price/half liquor, the cooked oysters were amazing, big and great happy hour price for the area, the pizza was like a frozen pizza warmed up in the wood fire oven.

Our family of eight had a lovely time at Palooza on a Sunday night. The place is right in the middle of Kenwood and a great stop in between tastings or just for a casual night out! Both of the hostesses, Delaney and Sam, are super friendly, and start your visit off right. Our server, Hank, was very accommodating. The restaurant has a large drink menu with lots of great local wine and beer choices as well as of great mixed drinks…my Whistlepig bourbon old-fashioned was really great. Food included mozzarella ball apps, delicious Italian pizza oven pizzas, and a great “smashed potato” with brisket. The French dip and garlic fries were tasty as well.

Palooza is one of my favorite spots in Sonoma County. The food is always good and Collin is the best bartender I have come across in Kenwood and beyond. He has great recommendations for food and wine and makes fantastic cocktails! My cosmo was the best I have had in forever!! Thank you all so much 🙂

LOVED, LOVED this place in Kenwood. We stayed in Kenwood at a vacation rental when we came to wine country for vacation at the end of September. We are here twice and loved it both times.
Great food, great service – ask for Hank-quite possibly the tallest server I’ve ever had! He was very friendly, easy going and knowledgeable.
The food is delicious, cocktails are great and loved sitting out on the covered patio watching pizzas go in the over. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the fries!!!! Oh goodness. The bread pudding was super delicious too.

What a place.!!! Today 7 of us rode our motorcycles from Oakland, up here to Palooza’s for lunch. First time here for all of us. Called ahead of time for reservations. Pulled up, table was ready for us. Ordered food, and drinks from our waitress Ryan, who by the way was Awesome too!!!! Food was served pretty quickly. While we were waiting for our order, the owner, Suzette came over and talked to us, explaining the history of the restaurant. Pretty impressive too. Food was off the charts!! Very delicious too. I had the French dip. Was a big and tasty sandwich. Upon leaving, asked if they could take a picture of us. The waitress took the shot, and Suzette joined in. Was a great day for all involved. We will definitely be back up this summer.

Outstanding food!! The fish n fries are exactly what they should be – fresh, flaky, and flavorful! The fish tacos use the same fish and they were packed with flavor. This place is producing top quality food for a deal of a price! I’d give 6 stars if I could! Also the Watermelon High drink was amazing! It tasted like fresh watermelon, not a syrup.

Great little spot we came across while driving to our Airbnb. Nice outdoor space. John our waiter was great! He was from Monterey too which is where we are from.
Food was good for the most part. Oysters isn’t my thing by I gave it a try. Not horrible but still not a fan lol. Anyway, great little casual spot!

Nice ambience Food was good . . such a welcoming staffs with good smile. they were showing their hospitality by asking, “hows the food ?”
i left one star because all our ordered food came at a same time which was not good. . we rushed to eat pizza before it get cold and we couldn’t enjoy our appetizers (salad and salmon )
