I ordered the 8-in pepperoni lovers, in order to be extra crispy. I got dough or crossed whatever it is that’s totally raw in the middle. And I understand a lot of pepperoni causes a lot of oil apply for an 8-inch Pizza they cut theirs in a square so each piece is only like two by two I was only able to eat two pieces because of the amount of oil and went through three napkins soaking that oil up just so I can eat the two pieces…

If you want to be a carry-out-only location, then get rid of your dining room.
We were required to pre-pay just to sit in the dining room, which felt strange and uncomfortable. Not really a “complaint,” but it definitely gives the impression they’ve had issues with people walking out without paying.
The food didn’t make it worth it anyway. The pizza was undercooked, and although we asked for ranch, it didn’t arrive until after we were finished eating—and we were the only people dining in at the time. We ordered fries and pizza together, yet the fries came out about 10 minutes before the pizza, so nothing was served as a complete meal.
The tables had no peppers, cheese, or salt and pepper, which is pretty basic for a sit-down pizza place. To top it off, the tray the pizza was served on was chipped up and grimy-looking, which was honestly the final straw.
Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience, and it’s definitely not a place I’d return to.

I spoke to the manager explain my issue and she said there’s nothing they can do. My pizza is super thin like a pita chip and was supposed to be regularly baked but this looks like well done or crispy. I tried to see if she could give me a credit for next time but she said there’s nothing they can do. Terrible customer service, I stayed on hold trying to explain the situation for 14 minutes. She kept putting me on hold since she’s working by herself.l, just to say the same thing. No help. I’m only buying at oxon hill or other locations from now on. She said that’s how there pizza is. They always roll thin.

I had never tried the wings, but I thought I would try the JUMBO wings. I thought they would be FULL wings that were jumbo; however, they appeared to me to be just regular wing parts, NOT full wings, but just the parts and I didn’t notice anything that appeared to be JUMBO. I really like the pizza, especially with bacon – when I have a taste for that, it is the only pizza that will do, but I will pass on the wings in the future.

The current ongoing deal is the $6 calzone on Tuesdays. I have frequented many different Ledo’s for this special and for other menu selections, but visited this location for the 1st time on this particular Tuesday the indulge in the special. I called ahead and went to pick up the order. I’m so glad that he opened the box to show me the food before i left the establishment. I wish I would have seen the food before I paid for my order. This calzone was FLAT. It more so resembled a cracker or a flatbread that what should have been a calzone full of the toppings of my choice. I brought to his attention that the inside seems to be missing. I asked for another, with the proper amount of filling, and for it to be remade– maybe there was a mistake. He said he could remake it, but it would be the exact same. So I got a refund and went about my merry way. I will not be back. Thank you but no than you.

I ordered the Athena or greek salad with gryo meat, however, it was horrible. The only saving grace was the dressing. The meat was literally inedible and I mean literally, it couldnt be eaten. It was hard, stale, and truly just disgusting. Also, I asked for extra tomatoes. There were literally 5 cut up tomatoes in the entire salad. That would make 2.5 whole tomatoes that they cut in half because they use the small ones. How did I pay for extra tomatoes and not get them? So you telling me that in a normal salad you only put one cut up small tomato in the salad? I am not thinking I will be ordering from them again in the near of far futrue. SMH

If zero was an option, I would give it to them!! The worst customer service ever!!! I order lasagna, it had no meat, it was cheese and tomato sauce, it wasn’t the nastiest lasagna I have ever tasted. Then I called back politely, and said it doesn’t taste right, after spending $22 dollars, can I exchange it for something else! They said no and started screaming at me!!! This is America, I go out and eat all the time, usually if you don’t like something, they will offer you something else in exchange, I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted a meal I could eat!! No wonder the restaurant is always empty!! I have been eating at Ledo’s for over 30 years, that was ridiculous!! Never again!!! This is what they gave me!! All thrown around! Look at the bread they gave me! Can’t make this up!!
