I ordered online for pickup at this store. I had an issue that irritated me. Doesn’t matter what, but I believe I spoke with Michelle when I called. She treated me with much more respect than I deserved during that call. I was not nice. I do apologize for that and thank you for taking care of me. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. Thanks again.

Tried Honey Baked for the first time ever for Thanksgiving dinner and wow it was easy and delicious. Then tried the Ribs for Christmas dinner and oh my! Mouth watering fall of the bone. Meals are very affordable and worth the price!

I’m only giving them 3 stars. Each and every year we preorder our ham. I just need to know, why would you sell something you don’t have. We ordered an 11 pound Ham and they didn’t have anymore. If we preorder why wouldn’t it be put to the side with our name or ticket on it? I mean to be asked if we wanted a bigger ham with a bigger price tag is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t try and get more money out of people. It’s hard enough out here without you guys trying to get over on people. This has happened more than once. Our ham cost $140.00. Why would we want to spend more? They need a new system. Stop doing this to your customers.

Made the mistake of trusting them with my side orders for Thanksgiving. Lesson learned because I ended up having to throw everything away. Who puts sugar in dressing? Great customer service though.

Bae and I had the Turkey Bacon Ranch and the Tavern Club and both of the sandwiches were delicious. The services was a great and the atmosphere was nice as well.

Picked up ham and turkey for Christmas – festive environment and the workers were ready to receive us! We were greeted by a worker outside she was kind and energetic. When we entered the store, the lanes were organized and another worker offered a sample while we waited. The line moved quickly, smooth pick up! They ran out of the size we reserved and upsized our ham free of charge. Great experience!

If I knew what I know now… I would never have wasted my time or money. My fault for going Wednesday day before Thanksgiving (last min change of plans due to covid). I waited in line for over 2 hours. In that time frame the same chick came out to YELL at the customers in line to be prepared or else she would send use to the end of the line to wait all over again at least 3 times. All the other employees who came out were actually polite. Finally got to the front and got 2lbs individually pre packed and sealed. $28 later get home open the 1st pack and there’s zero sugar crust on any of the slices call them and they say I can bring it back for an exchange or refund. Go back then when I tried to return manager clearly doesn’t want to and offers me a chunk off the turkey they just sliced because according to them none of the by the pound prepackaged meat has the sugar crust they remove the crust before packing. I specifically called and asked about this detail twice and both times I was assured it did wth! Also not to mention come to find out its not uncured so it contains nitrates and their glaze has high fructose corn syrup all branding not quality

The girl working the register was so friendly and helpful. I had a gift card and she gave me some great advice as to what was good. She recommended the pot roast, which was by far the best of the meats I purchased. I also got ham and turkey, both of which were ok but not amazing. She also helped me pick sides, all of which were really good. Especially the broccoli. The au gratin potatoes and cinnamon apples were also really good.

Called this location and spoke with a lady by the name of Diddy. Her customer service was not great she was not helpful and rushed me off the phone and did not allow me to ask more than one question about my order that I pre-paid for. I understand they are busy but that does not mean you get to lack on the customer service. As a HR manger my employee would definitely be spoke to about her attitude and how she just represented the company. This is the first time out of all my years ordering from here that I’ve experienced this type of service. I hope she is not a manager.
