Every Saturday is BB.Q chicken day to order my gangnam style or cheeseling chicken wings plus Sapporo beer. The week is not complete without BBQ. Service is good, cleanliness is good, freshness is good!

Second time here. I originally had bb.q chicken in Hawai’i and it was amazing. Crunchy, well cooked, and I would dream about it. Imagine my excitement to see there was one in Boston one block from my school. This, however, is not it. Both times ordering the chicken has been sub par. Sometimes rubbery. Not the crunchy savory Korean fried chicken I know and love. First time I went I got the 8 piece. Maybe every other piece was crunchy. It looked like they didn’t even bother coating the pieces with breading or whatever they use for the outer layer. I got the chicken sandwich today thinking I would bite into a crunchy breast. Soggy. No crunch. It is unfortunate.

Ordered ddeok-bokki and secret sauce wings. ABSOLUTELY Delicious. Flavors were amazing. Just enough heat and sweet. I ordered yesterday and had the regular wings and kimchi fried rice. It was also very good.

I had a very unpleasant experience at BBQ Chicken on Boylston Street. When I walked in, the staff member (server Donna M.) did not greet me at all and was sitting on her phone. I was never offered a receipt, and the overall customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the chicken I was served was pink/undercooked. You can see the cooked annd undercooked side After eating it, I became sick and ended up throwing up. This was very concerning and completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint.
Between the poor service and the unsafe food, I would not recommend eating here.

I ordered the Caribbean chicken rice bowl which came with an omelette. It was pretty good. It was around $14 before tax. The service was friendly. I took off a point because the handicap entrance doesn’t work—the handicap elevator next-door is out of service and the handicap door next-door is locked as well.

The food was sooooo good omg. Cheese fried chicken was the best I’ve had in my life. Line wasn’t super long and my food came surprisingly faster than I thought.

They got my order wrong and tried to sell me 16 wings when I asked for 10. They told me they didn’t have 10, it was either 8 or 16. I asked for 8. They opened the box at the counter and took the wings out and handed me the rest. I took the food out to the car to eat and the wings were room temperature. That’s when I remembered that they didn’t even have a hot plate to keep the food warm. The food is suppose to be 145 degrees Fahrenheit when the customer receives the food, and it definitely was not. Not coming back to this location til they get it together. 1 mistake is fine, but not 2 or 3 different things at once

This is my second time visiting, the first time it was alright, we had the secret sauce and original combo, but my friends mentioned the original flavor had a odd taste to it. Today was my second time ordering, got the original half chicken and boneless fire chicken wing, to my surprise, the original chicken wing had this odd taste to it, but I didn’t realize it was because it had gone bad. After a 2-3 hours without any other food, me and my friend both had bad stomach ache. No questions ask, it’s the chicken. Never be ordering again and if you don’t want diarrhea, don’t eat here. The service also sucks at November 6, 3:45 P.M., eventhough the environment is welcoming.

Korean chicken wings never disappoint for lunch, brunch or dinner . Gangnam style and cheeselings are my favorite with a glass of beer.

Pretty friendly staff and the only thing I truly order from there is the rosé tteokbokki and honey garlic chicken. Everything tastes pretty good except for the takoyaki, its too mushy and plain-tasting. But all in all, very pleasant!
