The staff here doesn’t care about the customers or their jobs. I have tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt but they proved to me why I shouldn’t. My order is always messed up doesn’t matter if o dine in, Carryout or get it delivered and the sad part is they haven’t been open long. These employees need a lot more training on customer service and listening skills. Young man running the register during lunch today had such a strong will to serve and he did it with the biggest smile on his face. It is very uncommon with young men and women these days. He will do great things! Food was amazing at the same time. He literally hurried over to me right when I got up to throw something away to take it out of my hands and do it for me. had a terrible experience ordering from this place. After receiving the wrong order, I called to let them know, and they told me I had to bring the entire bag of food back. When I arrived, half the staff proceeded to go through my food with bare hands, touching everything without wearing gloves. After handling it all, they just put everything back in the same bag — completely disregarding basic hygiene and food safety. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again.
