Used to love j&j, purchased a pan of mixed chicken for over $40.00, and this is what they gave us, a pan of miniature chicken. The fries were larger than the pieces of chicken! Needless to say we were pissed, never seen drumsticks and thighs this small in my life, the fries were bigger than the pieces of chicken. I’ve seen drums off of chicken wings bigger than their drumsticks, needless to say wont ho back. If the vendor is sending tiny pieces like this, than it is time for new vendor or at least left the customer know and put in more pieces yo compensate

I went in from getting off work i was in car with my unc i order chicken n shrimp so i asked how many. You get the lady said 3 pieces chicken n 6 medium size pieces i said for 16 plus tax only 3 pieces of chicken okay il pay for another piece of chicken total was about $18-$19, The cook was aware she yelled it out i was still at register got my food got to my destination ONLY TO HAVE 3 pieces of chicken AND PAID MY MONEY I DID NOT HAVE A RIDE BACK ! Bad customer service! Food was good but spent my money and didnt get ALL I PAID FOR !

Ordered food via Uber Eats. Realized immediately after I placed the wrong order. Cancelled via Uber Eats. JJ refused to refund, stating the food was already being prepared. Uber Eats states that it was up to the store to refund the money. Lesson learned. They lost a customer. Too bad. Was still willing to give them a chance despite noticing the quality of food began to decline. Thankfully, there are tons of places to get good fried chicken and fish.

After many years of not trying J&J’s, we tried to order again. I placed an dinner combo order that specifically had fries as a side. I pick up, good price, great chicken but the fries were missing!?
So ridiculous.
I called and employee said I could come in but they are located very far from me. next time I’ll get extra double fries so I hope that’s true.

This restaurant steals money from its customers!!! How pathetic and shameful! I sent my 17 year old son to pick up my order. I gave him $80 cash because I estimated the cost to be $70. The order was only $52 and some change. My son handed him all of the money in error. The cashier gave him back change for $60, and when my son informed him it was $80, he insisted it wasn’t. I met my son at the restaurant a few minutes later, confirmed that he gave them $80, and they still refused to give me my money back. Any decent restaurant would tell a customer that they overpaid and give them their money back. These are dishonest people and they have no respect for us!!! I will never patronize this place again.
