Love the Duchess!!! Had the double D burger it’s so good!!! The people working here were great. Everything is made fresh so you will have a little wait. Look at this dinner menu they have spaghetti and meat balls too! Need one of these back in jersey.

Went last week. I waited at the register for 5 minutes while 4 different employees stared at me. Not 1 person asked to help me or even bothered to tell me they will be with me shortly. When i received my food it was missing my drink ,sauces,and a few other things. The hot dog was the worst hot dog i had ever eaten in my entire life. The bathroom was disgusting, dirty floor, toilet, garbage, no soap dispenser, and graffiti. Never will i return.

Great long time fast casual restaurant. I’ve been eating at these places for many decades. My only complaint is that the wonderful chicken they used to serve is now ground up chicken parts. They used to have really good chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches but now, it’s just as bad as McDonald’s and Burger King

I went 6 months ago to buy one chii dog and a big d and I said let me give them a second chance. I should of not the chili dog was good, but the big d cheeseburger was undercooked and where did the beef go. It was lettuce and tomatoes duchess has lost its touch never again the same with the breakfast u order a omelltte and side of bacon 2 shredded pieces for $4 .duchess u are out of touch

What Happened to Customer Service ?
I don’t know why this is slowing turning into a thing of the past . My child enjoys going into the store for a hot dog and the claw machine . Unfortunately getting friendly timely service is becoming nonexistent. I ordered a kids meal with a shake . The cashier said she would bring it over to the table .
The milkshake never came , and my son was 1/2 way through his meal . I asked one of the other staff members for the shake . He asked me to repeat the order and it came several minutes later . The kicker was we were the only ones in the restaurant. C’mon Duchess, please get it together, not the first time at this location . Wishing more from this legendary spot .

I’ve never been and it was much better than I expected. Like a higher end fast food if not exactly at the level of a Panera. Would definitely pop in for another quick meal. Fries are pretty terrible
