Went the other day and a girl in the back making pizzas had her long hair down and kept touching it and would go straight back without washing her hands. Unhygienic. Please teach your employees to at least put their hair up. The cashier was friendly though.

They sell cheap pizza. The stuffed pretzel crust pizza was ready when I got there (a little later than my initial pickup window). It tasted good for the price, though they put way too much pretzel salt on it (luckily it dusts off easily). It was even better after reheating it in a pan to crisp up the crust. Service was fine, though they almost got my order wrong when I placed it by phone, so just double check your orders when placing them.

This store delivered raw dough to me. I have no idea how you get cheese to melt on raw dough, but they figured it out. They subcontract door dash for their deliveries. When I called the manager, they said the raw pizza dough was door dashes fault and hung up on me when I requested the store managers info. I asked corporate if the raw dough my kids ate was safe and they said probably not, so there’s that. Eat here at your own risk.

….listen, I’m always whining about my pizza not being cut all the way through. This time my pizza was not only entirely uncut but it was also no less than 3 hours old. What’s more, my cheese pizza was actually about 30% pizza almost all middle crust. Try getting a toddler who doesn’t eat crust to even look at this cheese pizza. Go ahead I’ll wait.

Just got all the way home and discovered:
1- our thin crust pepperoni is a regular crust cheese, which none of us like.
2- our “extra most bestest” regular pepperoni has so little pepperoni that I would complain if it was a regular, let alone supposed to be loaded with slices.
Maybe they’re turning into you get what you pay for instead of a good deal? Super disappointed in the experience.

My experiences at this store have been consistently disappointing, primarily due to the incredibly slow food service. It feels like there’s no urgency in the kitchen. Beyond the long waits, the biggest issue is the total lack of engagement from staff when problems arise. There’s no attempt to communicate, apologize, or offer solutions, which leaves customers feeling unheard and undervalued. It’s truly baffling how these issues persist across multiple visits.

Nothing at this location is ever hot an ready. There’s is 4 people standing around in the back and they don’t look like they care to make the pizzas. The poor girl in the front is doing everything.
