I live in the apartments upstairs. I’ve never ate at this Pizza Hut shockingly. Ordered my first pizza due the snow storm we’re having. Tasted sooo good, fresh and hot! Most likely because they just opened for the day honestly. But no complaints here!

My order got messed up last time because of whatever reason they blamed the website. So I got a 20 dollar credit. Was never told I could only use it in store even though it was for a delivery order. So I make an order tonight thinking it would be fine they would redeem theirselves. After my 20 dollars off it was still 40 dollars. One of my pizzas almost all the topping is all on one piece. And one of my other pizzas is burnt and had a whole in it is was so thin. Plus I’m pretty sure I placed my order over the phone with an automated service. I hate that.

I ordered 80 dollars in pizza and sides for me and my family tonight. I made sure the pizza were how we wanted them before I placed the order. 2 of my pizza were supposed to have creamy garlic parmasean and they all have marinara. I have people in my house who can not have the red sauce. So I called the store to see if they could fix and they absolutely refused and the guy I spoke to argued with me on the phone how it was not there problem they made it right like the receipt said and there they will do absolutely nothing about it. He said call tomorrow and talk toy gm. I myself am a manager at a restaurant and I would absolutely never treat a customer like that especially if they just spent 80 dollars on food.

The call center needs shut down. I ordered a pick up order and it was nowhere in the system when I got to the store to Pick it up. This is not the firat second or third time this has happened. Its very annoying and incredibly inconvenient. The in store staff was great. They were apologetic and quickly accommodating.

My brother in law picked up a pizza from this location on his way home from work for my birthday and was disappointed in the skimpy amount of cheese, sauce and toppings. We’ve ordered from Pizza Hut for years and this was the first time I can say the pizza was disappointing. I know it’s a newer location and possibly newer staff so maybe they’re still figuring things out but a more generous amount of toppings would have been appreciated.

The pizza’s were good as expected but was frustrated that I ordered the Cinnabon rolls worth two extra icing (which I was charged extra for) were not in the bag. Shame on me for not double checking but shame on them for not including. It’s the first time for this location that I’ve ordered from but this same thing has happened at other locations.
The store did reach out to me but offered no recompense. Which is fine, I appreciate the acknowledgement. Although, it should not happen again.

I tried placing an order for delivery and called this location and was told they couldn’t deliver to my address because it was assigned to the Cassopolis St. location. That location is now closed and neither this location or the Nappanee St. locations can deliver to my address. I’m only leaving a review here in hopes that the corporate office will see this and fix the issue. This is something that I feel like should have been taken care of before they closed the Cassopolis St location. I can only imagine how much business they’re losing this way. I ended up ordering from Volcano Pizza instead because I could get delivery.

I ordered a three topping special tonight and a pasta dish with cheesy bread. Delivery did good however I put specific instructions on the pizza three toppings I ordered were pepperoni ham and mushroom. They put sausage on it instead of mushroom. I CAN NOT EAT SAUSAGE. I requested that the cheese be over the toppings nope didn’t do it. The Alfredo came out great, the cheese sticks are black! Burt to a crisp. Called to get it fixed or my money back. I spent 30 dollars I expect it to be right. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was not a manager I requested one she didn’t transfer the phone to a manager and acted like it was an inconvenience for them that I am upset over there mistakes on my food that I paid for. This place is a joke and I will be sending pictures to corporate and requesting a refund and new training be given on how to read orders

Change everything! Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Placed an online order and the email said it would be ready at 9:40pm (100 minute wait). I thought the store closed at 9pm so my wife and I called over 10 times and every time it rang about 10 times then sounded as someone picked up the phone and hung up. Went to the store since they wouldn’t answer and asked when they closed, the employee said 9pm. I showed him the confirmation email I had for my pickup at 9:40pm and he stated that any order placed online with a pickup/ready time after closing time is not received by the store. The only positive thing is that the guy offered to stay open to cook our order, but then informed me that it would have to be normal price. I was using a coupon and points and he said he couldn’t do anything about that so my order would cost $20 more than what was confirmed. I am just grateful I was paying with cash and didn’t use my card or I would have probably not been as polite as I was. What a flawed system and the employees were no better.
