Besides that starbucks is most expensive, they never give you the receipt. Are they trying to save printer paper? They’re ridiculously expensive and can’t pretend they have to save anything! I also don’t see my last transaction in my order history and I want my points. Points is the absolute LEAST they can do if i paid $8 for a drink (thats 3 gallons of milk!). It’s also rude that we have to talk or chat to something automated to give feedback. Starbucks is the worst! Is that why they’re running out of business? They’ve become the joke of the century! There’s a lot of new coffee shops opening that actually answer their phones and sell better coffee. Starbucks needs to shut down.

Their new focus on being the customer back is on full force.I love the bottles ceramic cup of coffee great price. I can sit and study for my summer finals while drinking coffee is awesome. They could turn the music down a little but other then that great service great atmosphere being headphones if your going to study. But will definitely be back!

The girl screwed up my order despite me having to tell her 3 times it was wrong. In the end I felt bad and had to take the drink, didnt want to hold the line and I dont like to complain. It sucks I had to pay for something I didn’t want 🙁
