Rudest service I’ve service I’ve ever received and I will NEVER eat there again. I called to place a pick up order at 10:30 pm. I called over and over again, but no one would answer. I decided to head over to the store to place my order. I walked in and explained to the man behind the counter that I had called several times, but couldn’t get through. He looked at me and said three times in a row “the phone never rang.” I picked up my phone and dialed the number again and the phone rang immediately. I said “that’s strange, the phone rang right away.” Again, the man looked me right in the eyes and said “the phone never rang.” After that, I placed my order and stepped outside to wait for my order. When I came back in, I picked up my order from the woman behind the counter and said “thank you”, but she didn’t respond. As I walked out the door, the man behind the counter from earlier said “have a great night.” I replied with, “you too”. He then said, “happy New Year”. I again replied with “you too”. As I walked away I heard everyone laughing and the same man behind the counter mocked me loudly and said “you too”, repeating what I had just said in a sarcastic way. I guess they probably thought I would just go away and not report the rude behavior, but Google reviews exist for a reason and because I am a local guide, guess what…? I am definitely going to tell my friends just how rudely I was treated. It’s a shame because I really liked the food here, but I was treated so badly that I will never return. Also, the employees were smoking marijuana in the front entrance as I pulled away from the building. Very unprofessional in my I’m opinion. Disgusting. Ordered delivery and the pizzas were literally thrown onto the ground outside my home. The delivery guy did not even knock on the door. Went to the store in person with the pizzas – one smeared with dirt from being thrown and the other after having been eaten by squirrels – to request a refund and the guy who identified himself as the “GM” said he could not provide a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Reputable place!
TO THE FRANCHISE OWNER:
1) You can get fined for serving unsafe food in unsanitary conditions, so be more selective in who you hire!
2) Under Federal Rules, the law requires you to provide a receipt for all electronic transactions.
Educate yourself on the law if you intend to operate a business!

This dominos has repeatedly gotten my order incorrect. Simple orders that don’t even have any modifications. The most recent incident is bringing me a pizza that isn’t even sliced!!! And they ALWAYS forget the garlic butter on the crust, so the crust is always dry! And NOW apparently “Alex” the manager said they’re under new management and that I would need to pay a redelivery fee for my pizza to be brought to me CORRECTLY, After already paying almost $30 for my order and giving the driver a $6 tip. Proceeds to tell me he’ll just “give me my money back”, which I paid in cash….so you’re going to bring me my cash back but not a pizza made correct? Very poor customer service and I will no longer be ordering from this location.
Update: Apparently “Alex” was demoted from his general manager position and has been performing his job poorly anyways. I would definitely stay away from this location while he is running things.

Thin crust ultimate pepperoni and bacon pizza was burnt and it tastes burnt. I did not order the burnt pizza! I called the manager and he states that is the way the thin crust pizzas cone out of the oven. I have ordered other thin crust pizzas from at least 3 other pizza restaurants in the area and they are not burnt like this. I asked him to cook another one with less time in the oven but he stated that is the oven timing for all the pizzas and another thin crust will come out the same as I just got. Poor customer service got you the 1 star rating and a poor review.

App showed order was delivered but did not receive it. Called the store and was told app tracker is not correct and order was on the way. 15 minutes later driver delivered someone else’s order. This is the second issues in 3 days from this store. Last order received was dried out and cold and also took long to deliver. Gave them a second chance and they failed. Not ordering from here anymore.

For the second time I’ve had a bad experience. The first time, not long ago, when I picked up my order, no one was available to serve me. And the second time was worse because online it said my order was ready, but when I showed up to pick up my pizza, it had magically disappeared, and I had to wait for them to make me another one. And I’m wondering if they’ll improve or if I should just rule out buying pizza at Domino’s.

This was the Casselberry location but for some reason the location now says Winter Springs (it’s three yrs later)
I ordered honey bbq wings and literally had a few wings with a strip of sauce on it. the other wings werent fully baked either so i had to put them in the oven myself. also, i indicated I wanted my order to be place on top of my trashcan which is in front of my door and my order was placed on the ground. nobody knocked on the door to even signify the food was there, i signed up for the text alerts but none came through. My pasta was good though. Ive been to this location before for pizze without issue but usually pick up. Their delivery charge is $4.99 I dont think I’ve paid that rate at any other location and I order a lot.

Love that dominos use real delivery drivers and not Uber eats or door dash to deliver. I can get a consistent driver weekly and form and relationship with the store and driver.

I go to this Dominos almost daily for Diet Coke. It is ice cold when you get it and a 2 liter is cheaper than at grocery stores. But today I wanted pizza. I ordered a large pizza. I wanted a meat pizza and my girlfriend (she is beautiful but goes to a different school) said I could only order if it was vegetable so I added spinach to the meatza pizza.
The pizza looked so delicious I had to eat a slice in the parking lot for quality control purposes. It was stunning. I immediately had to go thank the person that made the pizza. He was the GM and was very friendly. His name was Robert. I’m going eat more Dominos now. Thank you dominos and Robert for this delicious experience.
