Ordered food for the first time and it was just awful! The chicken strips were gray colored, the burger tasted like a grade school cafeteria premade pattie burger, and I got exactly 9 onions rings in my large order. I also had to put my fries in the air fryer to fully cook them. I literally threw everything but the fries out. What a waste of $30.

We went through the the drive thru and we ordered 2 1 combos pulled up to the window they only handed us one. Then we asked where the second meal was and he said in a rude tone do you want to see the receipt! Never again

The kids loved the Blizzard but the place looks straight from the 80’s. We were on the set of stranger things. Very nostalgic although I don’t think it was meant to be.

It’s been a rough few days for me, and Dairy Queen is usually my go to when I need a little comfort. After spending time at the hospital with my sick mom and dealing with a lot of stress, I tried to get myself together, and decided to treat myself to a Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard at this location around 4:30 today. But when I opened it up in the parking lot, I realized it was missing the cheesecake chunks I always look forward to.
I went inside to ask if this was the right one, just explaining it didn’t have the chunks. The girl who took my order was nice and tried to help, but the girl who made the Blizzard was pretty insistent, she said she made the blizzard “how it supposed to be” and told me if I wanted more chunks, I’d have to pay extra. The way she looked at me and her tone just make me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t asking for extra, just for it to be fixed or for a chance to pay if I ordered it wrong.
At that point, I knew I’m was wasting my time so I just left, didn’t want to argue with her, and threw the Blizzard away, tell myself it’s alright and drove to another Dairy Queen. They made it just the way I always like it.
I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, just a little politeness and a simple fix. Unfortunately, the interaction here just left me feeling worse.

There was this WONDERFUL employee named BRANDON who provided awesome service and put tons of peanuts in my peanut butter parfait and made it so delicious! I will come back only when he is working and he has ruined every future DQ visit because it will never be as GREAT as my experience with Brandon!!!

Not a super clean place (by not clean I mean there was throw up outside and the entire building for some reason smelled like Irritable Bowel Syndrome if you catch my drift.) employees seem like they are on their last straw, I feel bad for them. They seem over worked, under paid, and always tired. Other than that, I mean how can you mess up ice cream? There isn’t a lot of parking, but it is easy to get to.

Ordered a banana split with extra toppings. Got home and there was literally about a tablespoon of ice cream surrounded by banana and hardly any toppings. Paid over $10.00 for “that”!!?? Left voice mail (they don’t answer their phone–wonder why???) for management with my phone # and issue. That was Friday 2-14-25. It’s Tuesday 2-18-25 and no call back. Don’t go to this location!!! DQ near Weis Market at 363 & Sumneytown is AWESOME!! GO THERE!!

Been very disappointed with my experience the last several times at this restaurant, from 1. still frozen corn dogs 2. completely wrong blizzard and most recently today 3. I paid 50 cents extra for an extra sauce that I didn’t get … may not sound terrible but when you pay $20 for a chicken finger basket and a couple of corn dogs every extra cent counts and to just not bother to provide sauce that you specifically told me cost extra in my opinion is very poor customer service. In addition when I drove back to the store with the wrong blizzard no one ever even apologized for the inconvenience. Very sad service and not sure how long we will continue to give out business to this establishment.

Went through the drive-through to get blizzards, and when we pulled to the window, I asked the girl if I could get a small cup of whip cream for my puppy that was in the car and she looked at me like I had three heads. Oh, I don’t think I can do that. Guess where we won’t be coming back anymore. They also made my chocolate extreme blizzard with vanilla ice cream, and it was not mixed all the way through. I just had straight up vanilla at the bottom.
