We’ve been regular customers here for a long time and often spend well over $100 per order, but this experience was the last straw.

I called in to place six simple breakfast burrito orders for myself and my coworkers. I clearly explained multiple times that they were separate orders and kept everything straightforward. The woman on the phone was extremely slow, repeatedly put me on hold, and seemed unwilling or unable to communicate effectively.

I was speaking English the entire time, but she kept responding in Spanish, which I do not understand. This caused repeated confusion, incorrect order repeats, and a very frustrating experience overall. It felt like once it was clear I was speaking English, the effort to help completely dropped.

This is not the first time we’ve had issues ordering here, but it will absolutely be the last. Poor customer service and basic communication problems have driven us to take our business elsewhere!

This place is so delicious! It’s kind of out of the out west of Odessa and it seemed like they had a lot of regulars. The place is small and quaint and the servers were very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a great first experience! The queso was tasty and the hot sauce was spicy, we had the red hot sauce. I highly recommend the Asado plate, it was not too spicy or if you feel like spicy the guisada plate. The combination plate is very good too and came with two tacos and two red beef enchiladas with beans and rice. They have yhe rice with the peas and carrots and I love that! Refried beans were genuine and the tortillas were on point as well! Come try it out for sure if you’re in the area, can’t wait to come back and try the lengua plate and the discada plate!

I had ordered an Al pastor taco, and the girl with the colored hair gave me a plate. Didn’t even ask if I wanted flour or corn tortillas. I got my order and it had corn tortillas. It wasn’t what I ordered!! I told her I wanted the taco not the plate and she told me that’s what I ordered. I specifically told her I wanted the taco!! Very unhappy with her service!!!

To me one of the best places to get a good ol bean and cheese burrito that hits the spot every time. From their sauce to the flavor of the burrito. Then my husband loves their shrimp cocktail.

Some of the very best Mexican food in Odessa! I’m partial to the picodillo burritos and the meat is seasoned perfectly!

Worst tamales in Odessa! Bought a dozen red pork tamales. Masa was really dry, so was the meat, didn’t look fresh.
They do have some other good dishes here. I come sometimes for breakfast and it’s always good. Worth a stop in if your close by *just not for the tamales* ‍♂️
