Ok I have to say this is my new favorite place. Tired for the first time last week, got the Walking Zombie shaved ice suggested by a regular definitely the right choice. Went back today got an order of chili cheese nachos and a chocolate peanut butter shake. Again not disappointed. I highly suggest stopping by the next time you’re in the area!!! BTW the guys working are super nice

I got two shaved ice, One small Island Breeze and one kid sized Melonberry. As well as buffalo chicken nachos. Both shaved ice were great and the flavor combinations went well together. The nachos were also good, the buffalo chicken dip had a great taste to it and the nachos were fresh.

Would’ve given a 5 because the manager/owner listened to our horrible experience with the the young lady at the register. She might have been having a bad day, I’m not sure. She definitely made my experience here unpleasant. I go to Gadsden to visit my mom and love stopping by this establishment until now. She needs training on professionalism because she was not that at all. It felt as though she had a chip on her shoulder.
The owner tried to say I’d be surprised how many rude people they get that comes there. I’m not, and that has nothing to do with me as a paying customer. Don’t automatically give me attitude because someone has rubbed you the wrong way. That’s not how businesses stay afloat.
Everyone should be trained to do the same thing. This all started when I asked for the chocolate strawberry shake. She claimed she couldn’t do it. What is so hard about that? I still paid full price For the shake and didn’t get the full experience because I enjoy it so much, only to get an attitude from the young lady. She also took my moms change and put it in her tip bucket! I was floored!
Argued with meabout ifi said I wanted chili on my nachos or not. When I just asked her to ring up the additional price because I don’t argue with people.
Jeremy listened even though his first defense was to defend. There’s no excuse for the experience I had. Hopefully, it will be right in the future as this was the first time I’d encountered this at this place.

I was VERY disappointed with my regular choice during my visit. I ALWAYS get the Walking Dead shaved ice, and it is usually very good and flavorful. Not so much at my last visit. The taste went from unflavorful to bitter to very sour. It was nowhere near as sweet as it normally is, and I was bummed to pay all that money to not enjoy my first shaved ice for the summer. I did not try to get it remade, and I will still give it another try on a different day.
