Rather disappointed this time. We ordered an XL pepperoni pizza for takeout. After ordering, we noticed a specials board on the wall, which offered free bread sticks with an XL pizza. I inquired, and they said they would add it to our order. Not sure why it wasn’t offered to us at the time we ordered. Regardless, 25 minutes passed and we got our bread sticks but no pizza. When I asked about it, I was told that our pizza had “stuck to the screen” in the oven, and they had to do another one. Forty five minutes after ordering, we left with a rather mediocre pepperoni pizza, a simple, “Sorry about that. Have a nice evening.” Oh well!!… I guess the other thing that gripes me, I posted a decent tip at the time I ordered and paid for the pizza. It occurred to me, unfortunately after the fact, that you ordinarily tip based on quality of food and service received. However, if you tip up front, then you really have no idea what kind of food or service you’ll receive until after you’ve left the tip. Maybe it’s cause to think twice now about tipping at time of payment.

If you are looking for the absolute best pizza in the area, look no further than the Loomis Pizza Factory. This has officially become our favorite spot, and we find ourselves coming here almost weekly!
What really sets this location apart is the incredible team. Hunter, Tyler, Liam, and Jason are absolute rockstars. They are consistently some of the kindest and most professional workers we’ve encountered. Not only are they incredibly friendly, but they also take real pride in their work. Every single time we order, our food is prepared perfectly and the order is 100% correct. They always go out of their way to make sure we’re happy and have everything we need.
It’s worth noting that not all Pizza Factories are created equal. We have visited other locations in the past, and honestly, they don’t even come close to the exceptional service and food quality we get here in Loomis.
We highly recommend this spot to anyone craving a great meal. Between the delicious pizza and the top-notch service from Hunter, Tyler, Liam, and Jason, you definitely will not be disappointed!

My son and I went in there shortly after lunchtime, during the week, to enjoy some cheese pizza. We ordered a large, but the young lady working the counter let me know about a Tuesday special if I ordered an XL. Saved us some cash, and we got to enjoy a larger pie. The pizza came out hot, quickly, and was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Huge shoutout to Pizza Factory! Got a Medium Pizza and Large Drinks from Pizza Factory, and everything was top-notch. The pizza had an excellent crust and delicious, fresh toppings, and the drinks were cold and refreshing. Definitely a go-to spot for Quality Pizza! Thanks for the great experience, Pizza Factory! Pizza Factory is easily the BEST PIZZA in Loomis!!! Their motto is, We Toss Em, They’re Awesome! The pizza ingredients look and taste like quality! The crust is golden! Besides pizza, Pizza Factory offers salads, pasta, sandwiches & appetizers. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We challenged them by ordering a half pepperoni w/red sauce, half Hawaiian with white sauce! Please look at my pics to see how well the pizza came out!!! Delicious!!!

The pizza is very good. It’s like old fashioned pizzeria style. They load it with toppings. The salads are good quality too, with toppings pilled high in top of high quality lettuce. The only odd thing is the setup of the place. There’s this separate room with too many tables and chairs and boxes piled up to the ceiling.

Amazing dining experience overall. Tall guy running the oven hooked my crying kid up with a personal pizza and legitimately had it ready faster than I could believe. He came out with it and cracked some jokes that brought a smile to her face that was absolutely priceless. Really well-made food on the rest of the order (very well-portioned and generous toppings!), and excellent music playing on the speakers. It’s refreshing to hear some good alt-rock as opposed to the generic pop or contrived Italian classical that every other dining place seems to be obsessed with. The whole crew was very kind and accommodating despite us coming in near their closing time. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing crew. Can’t recommend them enough.
