Hosting my family’s White Elephant Gift Exchange Brunch at your hotel was a special occasion, and Ehab along with the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. They were genuinely attentive, accommodating our needs with kindness and care, always checking in and promptly responding to any request. And I must say, the food was absolutely outstanding—everything seasoned to perfection and utterly delicious. Thank you for making our day so memorable.

This restaurant has a staff with superior customer service. I attended a White Elephant Brunch with family & friends for Christmas. The entire staff was pleasant, professional and friendly the entire time. All the food was fresh, seasoned and appealing to my eyes. The food was very delicious, everything cooked perfectly and great! The staff communication skills are superb. I recommend this restaurant to all for future events planning!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Urban South Dine!
The food was delicious, the drinks were on point, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the good vibes from the moment you walk in. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the service made the whole visit even better.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and genuinely nice people. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I can’t speak for the entire menu, but if you are looking to have breakfast I would advise against the buffet option. The item selection is that of a lower tier hotel’s free continental breakfast, you know…powdered eggs, bacon, eggs, fruit, oatmeal but for $20. The staff has the manner of a short-order diner, eager to turn tables as quickly as possible. My check was on the table before I could take my first sip of coffee.

At $22 with a limited selection, it’s only worth it if you can expense the meal. The eggs, sausage and bacon were all cold/room temp.
There’s coffee and cheap OJ in pitchers around the restaurant.
The best part was the fresh fruit. The watermelon was good and there was pineapple and two types of melon though they didn’t have much flavor or juice.
It should be $12-15 at most.
Definitely not worth it if you have to pay for parking ($21 self park, $36 valet). There’s free overflow parking about a long block away but saw the aftermath of 10+ broken windows all around the lot so would not park there.

Here on business…great breakfast selection for a restaurant inside a hotel. I cannot comment on the dinner menu EXCEPT for the NY Strip. There are so called “Steakhouses” in NYC that should be ashamed for what they charge. The absolute best NY Strip

This was one of the worst dining experiences I ever had. We were 6 people, only one other table was occupied and still we had to wait for more than an hour to get our food. I ordered the superfood salad, there was nothing super about it. The greens were old, with yellowish and dark spots, so clearly not fresh. The dressing was put on way too early which took away the rest of crispyness the greens might have had…..
The service was equally bad, the entire time no one came to refill our water, or explained why the wait time is so long. Stay away from this place
