Many times I have had Wingstop but, here it’s is not at all good. Louisiana rub is okay but the garlic Parmesan is not good!! It feels completely dry!! Cajun corn is topnotch, combine it with their ranch it is heaven!!

I had an excellent experience at Wingstop. The food was delicious, well prepared, and full of great flavor , I truly enjoyed . I especially want to highlight the customer service: the cashier, Lauren, was very kind, attentive, and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment that I arrived. Additionally, the manager, Luis, was amazing with me as well , very professional and friendly, and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. Love the Wingstop being n my back yard. So far food has been perfect no incorrect orders and made crispy like i like it. Recently, I had the chance to eat at Wingstop, and the food was absolutely delicious. From the moment I opened the box, the smell of the freshly cooked wings made me even more excited to try them. Each wing was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The flavors stood out the most, especially the lemon pepper and hot honey rub. The lemon pepper had a bold, tangy taste, while the hot honey added a nice balance of sweetness and spice. The fries were also impressive, seasoned just right and still crispy even after a little while. One of the best parts of the meal was the ranch dipping sauce, which went perfectly with everything. Overall, my experience at Wingstop was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys flavorful, well-cooked food.

I cannot really speak to the food because I never received it. My order was placed with an expectation of between 65 and 71 minutes. I arrived 70 minutes later it took me 20 minutes to get to the counter and when I got there. They said it would be another hour and a half to two hours. I don’t care what day of the week it is or what is occurring in the real world but a business such as that should have been more prepared. I requested a full refund and went to a different place that had my 50 wings plus fries and other size ready within 30 minutes from the time I placed the order. The other place seems to be prepared for what potentially could happen in Super Bowl Sunday.

We ordered wings for the Superbowl four hours before going to pick them up. I tried to pick up my order twice, at the scheduled time and an hour later. Both times the cashier didn’t know if my order was ready and after searching all the pickup orders said to come back in an hour. I requested a refund and was told I’d get an email stating I would get a refund and it would take 7-10 days for them to pay me back. I didn’t get either. The first time we ordered from here they messed up our order pretty bad but I decided to give them another chance and boy do I regret it. Very bad experience and they technically robbed us.

Horrible horrid experience on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered wings was told they would be ready at 615, got there at 615 told they were 50 minutes behind, waited in store, watched chaos. at 710ish go up to counter to see if my order was almost done, get old it would be at least another 40 minutes.
Meanwhile I watched customers who acted crazy or knew the employees by name get their food even when they said they just placed the order or were told it would be ready after my order said it would be. Throughout it all no one thought to fix the order times online, to stop taking new orders, or to start calling new orders and notifying them of the issues.
Went to complain on Wingstop website and the location is conveniently not listed any longer. No apology, refund is still pending, and the staff looked completely defeated…………
