I went tonight for the first time and LOVED IT! Lisa helped me understand the menu and let me try her three favorite flavors before I made my decision. I went with sea-salted caramel and cookie batter, great choice!
I don’t understand the review that says it’s too expensive. I paid about $5 for mine, while the regular ice cream spot I used to go to charges $10 per person.
I will definitely be coming back with my entire family this holiday season, they’ve never had Italian ice! So happy they opened in Plantation. Lisa also mentioned I can join a rewards program, which I definitely will. 10/10

Here in Florida for a law school visit and stopped by here because I was craving ice cream. Stephanie was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She asked me was it my first time here and after I told her yes, she walked through the menu with me, allowed me to try different flavors and was very patient!!! She wasn’t rude, she didn’t get annoyed or have an attitude or rush me or anything. Definitely a fresh breath of air in 2026 within the customer service industry!!! Will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area again.

The employees are all super friendly and polite and the ice is delicious! There is seating available both inside and outside. I got the smallest Tadpole size (mini) and felt like it was still enough for a treat for one person. I signed up for the app and I’d definitely come back again in the future

Updated review: Updating to 5 stars. I had issues twice with delivery orders getting mixed up, and I left feedback about it. Management reached out quickly, acknowledged the problem without excuses, and genuinely took it as an opportunity to improve their process.
That response alone says a lot — many places just argue or ignore it. Instead they apologized, explained what they’re doing to fix it, and even invited me to come back so they could make it right.
I appreciate when a business listens, takes feedback seriously, and works to improve. And for the record — the product itself is great. Having Jeremiah’s nearby is a win for the neighborhood and I’m happy to keep supporting them.

Just checked out the new Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Plantation… the swirl ice cream is so yummy. My son had the Oreo mud pie which is equally delicious. The staff is super friendly and the environment fun. We will definitely be back to try more flavors.

I stopped by today and got a vanilla soft serve with a waffle cone on the side. I know that’s not very exciting but that’s my favorite. It was delicious. Perfectly sweet and the cone was fresh tasting. The employees were so nice.
