I am officially a loyal regular because this café has me in a chokehold. I’ve gone four times in a row — FOUR — and honestly? No regrets at all.
The star of my heart? The Strawberry Matcha Latte. That creamy cold foam on top? Uggghhhh, SO GOOD. It gives real NYC café energy — the kind of drink you hold and suddenly feel like you’re back in the city, doing your cute morning routine.
And the Florida Burrito? Whew. It’s a little spicy, super wholesome, and somehow even BETTER when paired with the strawberry matcha latte. It’s that spicy-and-sweet combo I didn’t know I needed. Plus, the two together kept me full for half the day. That’s a winner to me!
The staff was super chill and really nice, too. They noticed I’m Deaf and ordering was smooth — no awkwardness, no issues, just kindness. That alone makes me want to come back even more.
The vibe inside is clean, cozy, and honestly reminds me so much of New York that it makes Florida feel a little less… Florida.
If you see me in there again tomorrow, mind your business. I’m a new favorite guest now, and I’m not slowing down.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this place. I am here on vacation and my first day I went to another highly rated shop and it was garbaaaaage. The next day I went to the seed and have been going every day since! First off, the staff is sooooo sweet. The same girl has been taking my order every morning and she remembers not only me but my order! Haven’t caught her name yet but she’s the best. They have a rewards system which I have already received benefits from (that’s how much I’ve gone lol). Their matcha is sooooo good. I get it with almond milk and an extra scoop of matcha and have been changing the cold foams. Strawberry is incredible and also tried the cinnabee and cookie butter which were also soooo good. Their food is also very tasty. I tried the bagel bomb which is perfectly flaky as well as their croissant sandwich which was delish! They have a gluten free chocolate chip muffin that admittedly maybe be even better than a regular muffin. They also have a fridge with juices and cold breakfast items. I tried the carrot juice and the overnight oats and shockerrrr both were amazing. PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this place! You will not regret it!! Literally headed back again this morning.

Maddie was so sweet and helpful. i came in with a lot of people and she took time to help us all decide what we wanted. the food was incredible and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. i will absolutely be coming back and will be introducing more people here. Matcha here looked great but tasted nothing like matcha (you might like it if you’re not super into matcha).Can visit for the aesthetic drinks and ambiance. Staff is super friendly and sweet, they put a little note on our drinks to make our day. Would love to try their espresso based or coffee drinks! The pastries are good here.

I was torn on writing this review because I actually at one point in time loved this place but with today’s service I was highly disappointed yet again with the quality of food and drinks. I ordered a lucky charms latte on ice and a croissant egg sandwich and not only was the egg dry on the outside; the inside was both cold and soggy. Now I get it, it isn’t freshly made food, it’s previously made frozen sandwiches but at least warm it up enough to present it as such. I watched someone reach in the bottom refrigerator in a cardboard box with some tongs ( no gloves) and shove it in the warmer and it still was semi frozen on the inside when they handed it to me. I think the battle I’m having in my mind is that the price point of $12.95 for a croissant made with what looks like boxed eggs most definitely does NOT match the quality. They present you with photos of their lattes that don’t look like what they portray. Is inflation affecting lucky charms marshmallows as well oR? I’m not understanding the sparsity and hold off on the condiments that make the drink special. I was truly disappointed today at the quality of service but I hope they step it up because they have so much potential and I know the workers are competent to do so. I don’t expect perfection at all, but at least quality, something that is both presentable and edible. Sigh, maybe it was just an off day today.

We love stopping here everytime we’re in town. They have amazing vegan options plus can make specialty coffees with oat milk. (Pic overnight oats, snack bar and Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced coffee)

After some significant time spent commuting to The Seed over the past few months I can honestly say it’s one of the best local cafes in South Florida. The experience starts way before you get your beverages or meal options. Its starts with the staff, they are the Gold Standard of the customer service ethics that are almost long gone in today’s culture. No amount of convenience nor automation can replace the pleasure of good and genuine human connection and its here in spades. The atmosphere is pleasant bright but not over stimulating, it creates an environment where the customers inherently know that if they want to unwind and have a quiet moment , chat or work the space naturally caters to those desires intrinsically. The quality in the coffee is apparent at the first sip, whether is a tea, a latte or a cold brew, the viscosity of the drinks are velvety and smooth, the flavors show complexity and variation in notes which is a direct reflection of the experience of the baristas behind the counter (Johnny) and the pairings with the food items are as timeless as the combinations are as large. Quiche, Empanadas, Sliders* (though small in volume are very satiating) are fresh daily. I seriously can’t say enough great things about this place. All I ask is that you treat the staff and customers alike with respect in an effort to persevere all that is great makes this business a place worth visiting. Enjoy.
