Edit again.. and again…. Recently got this!! 5 lbs..! My whole house smells delicious.. !’ I walked in and was like… what’s cooking.. ???!! Thank you !! You know who u are!! This is what we need more often…!! 5lbs… to our door..✌️ ❤️☕️
Just stopped and now downgrading from three or four stars to two…. Now they do have Italian roast, which is what we usually get but they can’t sell it to me!!!! what are you guys gonna come up with a dispensary card or something?? There is a big 5 pound bag of Italian roast sitting on the counter … however I guess their scales are broken ???? And they don’t have any bagged up which is their new style …Well.. you ‘ctr’ “Coffee Tree Roasters” have these new fancy white bags of pre packaged coffee.. 3/4th lb… ?? Not a traditional pound of coffee.. .usually get 2 lbs of Italian roast fine ground .. . And this is what I get .. not 2 lbs .. same price tho as it were two lbs. only now added expense, additional bags.
I like coffee.. not fancy packaging thats just more garbage .! however at first sip. Ahh.. it’s good.

Nice and comfortable atmosphere with a relaxed seating area. That was my favorite part.
Everything was great. The only downside was that the cashier wasn’t very friendly. I’ll visit again a couple more times and update my review.

Service is good but they do not follow there posted opening hours. They are not open at 6am and just open whenever they want. Quality has seemed to go down recently while prices have increased. I used to be a regular here but will have to go elsewhere in the future.

My concern is twofold:
1. The mobile application continues to list the 5 lb coffee bags as available despite them apparently not being stocked in-store. I am being offered 5 ‘ready to go’ (RTG) bags which weigh in total 60oz vs 80oz a 5lb bag should weigh.
2. The proposed substitution consistently results in customers receiving significantly less product than what was purchased.
For context, this business previously sold coffee by the pound and has only recently transitioned to only RTG bag system. Given that this has happened more than once in the same manner, it raises concerns about transparency and whether customers are being shorted on product for the same price.
I would appreciate clarification on why 5 lb bags are being offered through the app when they are not available for fulfillment, and how this issue will be addressed moving forward.

Been here several times over the last couple of decades. This time I purchased a blended vanilla chai. I unfortunately did not enjoy it. My wife enjoyed her coffee however. We love this shopping area on Beverly. Neat area.

Been going to this location since they opened in the 90s and very sad to say they have lost a customer for life; baristas are very unfriendly, prices have skyrocketed and on several occasions the past year I have ordered a large caramel latte and been given a cup that is barely halfway full. I rarely see any “regulars” in there anymore and they haven’t done any updates on the inside in at least a decade. Really seems as though the owners just don’t care……so I’m done patronizing their business and will go somewhere else.

The Coffee Tree Roasters is a consistent coffee shop in the pgh area. I’ve tried two different locations and both have no disappointed! They always make my drinks perfect and I get to put my own creamer in.

Great place. Drinks are Always consistent and delicious, service is always friendly and the atmosphere is chill. Also, love their whipped cream. Dog friendly outdoor area and I’ve seen people with dogs come in and order, and everyone is friendly.

No idea what was going on here today. Out of Nitro coffee, did not have the coffee they advertised, served a watery Frozencinno, and the cup of coffee my son got because they were out of all the other stuff he wanted had a bunch of coffee grounds in it. Plus the guy behind the counter was both prickly and pretentious. Need to get some new Barista’s in here. Been going here for many years, and never have we experienced both the shoddy service and product we got today. If I could give this 0 stars, I surely would.
