I ordered a sofritas burrito bowl and it was good. I’m sure a chain has to make sure the food taste and quality remain the same. Haha, but no originality.

Only went once. Food was what you would expect. I ordered the orange vinaigrette, like I usually do, and poured it over my food. It was so incredibly salty, but I ate my bowl anyway. Eventually I couldn’t take it so I asked the employees for just an extra bowl of rice and beans. They were kind and let me have the extra food for free. Great service! I think I’ll come back.

The food was tasty and they are friendly, but I was skimped very heavily on portion size. Worse than any other chipotle I’ve ever had actually. I regret not telling them this in person so I’ll do that next time. They tried to call my bowl double barbacoa after two gentle tong grabs. This location does have the potential to improve though.

I normally visit the Nazareth location and always have a positive experience, but since I live closer to this location, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.
I used the Chipotle lane because I have an infant with me, and the convenience is the main reason I choose that option. I waited at the window for 35 minutes, which is excessive. After finally being helped, I asked for a side of hot sauce and was ignored. When the employee returned, she handed me my food and then asked what drink I wanted, even though I had placed a mobile order and my drink was already listed.
I let her know I had ordered the Berry Agua Fresca. She appeared visibly annoyed and walked away to get it. When she came back, I politely reminded her about the hot sauce. I was told I would have to come inside to get it myself. I explained that I had a baby with me and had specifically chosen the Chipotle lane for convenience, but she responded that they were busy and shut the window.
The portions were also smaller than expected, and the chips were stale. Overall, the customer service did not meet the standard I’ve experienced at other locations. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location and will continue driving to Nazareth instead.

Just spent $20 on a bowl only to take it home, and the rice is undercooked and the bowl tastes like shit. Completely flavorless and bland I’m so disappointed that I just spent that much for this garbage.

Workers here are beyond incompetent. I ordered online for my lunch break and was told it would be ready in 3 minutes when I got there. 10 minutes went by until they asked for my name again. Another 10 went by before they told me they actually don’t have carne asade and if steak was okay. Couldn’t even eat it on my lunch break because I didn’t have time to. I watched multiple workers sit around for 20 minutes while waiting for my order that should’ve been done when I got there. Never patronizing this chipotle again, I’ll go to freemansburg.

Love this new Chipotle! They are very quick and efficient. The restaurant is super clean too. Such a welcome addition to the area! Staff are pleasant and welcoming as well as friendly too!

New Location, and I hadn’t been to Chapotle for about two- three years. This particular location, first and last visit, was not clean, the food portions were completely cut in half (I noticed because the food in the bowl barely reached the halfway point) from my experience with the chain. Lastly, they removed the first responders discount. I was unimpressed with the atmosphere, and staff especially to say the very least. I still can’t believe how tiny the portion was especially since the prices are still rediculously high! I suggest a hard pass on Chapotle. No fake response

I decided to stop by this location since I was already in the area and didn’t feel like driving to my usual spot at Madison Farms. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t good either. The chicken was extremely chewy and fatty, the beans appeared to have been sitting out for quite some time, and by 6 p.m. many of the toppings were already unavailable. It may be that the kitchen staff could benefit from additional training, but overall, the quality just wasn’t up to standard. I ended up throwing the bowl away halfway through and will be sticking to the Madison Farms location from now on.
