Our Story Begins In Poland We love pierogi like nobody else.. that’s how Pierogi Café started, where everyone can experience their taste. We welcome all that want to experience signature polish dishes. We guarantee that everyone will taste the delicate dough boiled or fried, and in the middle – whatever your heart desires ! We make pierogi for meat lovers, vegetarians, and for the ones with the sweet tooth-with seasonal fruit. Janik’s Pierogi Cafe uses old fashioned recipes that have been in the family for generations, as well as adding modern flavors to satisfy all crowds. Ania & Dorota bring us the authentic taste straight from Poland to the U.S in 1998. For dessert we suggest fruit pierogi that will complement your fresh espresso

I’m local to the area and I stopped in for the first time. I’m sorry about the photos, they are my leftovers and I forgot to takes pics before I ate. That being said this spot is a hidden gem.

The food quality is amazing, everything is made to order/from scratch and it shows. A lot of polish food I’ve had you can make at home from ingredients from the grocery store but not here. You can taste the expertise in the food. The chef really really knows how to cook.

I highly recommend coming here, I’ll definitely be back soon!

Also a side note, it’s very very clean and the customer service is wonderful oh and the price are very good for the quality of the food.

Easiest 5 outta 5 this year!

Absolutely delicious polish food and extremely friendly staff. As someone who frequently visits Poland and comes from a very polish family, this place hits the spot for polish food. You know you’re in good hands when the lady behind the counter is older.

Kocham Janik’s Pierogi. Pani Walewska i zoupa z borscht jest delicja. Jadło jest bardzo dobrze.
This place has authentic Polish food. They are also friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is super cute inside, and if you’re from Poland or been to Poland, it has Warszawa’s picture walls. They also sell Polish pottery and other cute Polish items. They’re buffalo chicken and meat pierogi are very good. I also had their cheeseburger pierogi at the Big E and they are very good too.

Finally make it to this little cafe. There aren’t many options for polish food where I live so finding this place and trying their food was super. Ordered something simple (bigos and Pierogi). Meh on the Bigos but the Pierogi with all natural ingredients were fantastic. Look forward to ordering their Pierogis online.

Cute cafe with lovely, friendly workers makes this a great place to grab and go or linger for a nice meal.

It was nice to find this gem with authentic polish food on our road trip. We enjoyed it very much.

cacao mint green smoothie

There are not gluten free items on the menu but they were able to make cabbage rolls gluten free and they were excellent!

The pierogis were delish.

Soups look very fresh and flavors change daily.

Clean bathroom, free parking, gift items for sale inside the restaurant. Beautiful decor . Frozen food like the many flavors of pierogis for sale to go.

We stopped for lunch .. we ordered the polish plate and a fresh juice . If you are new to polish cuisine like us it is a good way to sample the different dishes.. we personally were not a fan of the food but don’t know enough about authentic polish dishes to comment on it .. juice felt watered down.. it is self serve but there is place to sit down and eat ., not much staff .. pretty much just the person behind the counter.. the ambiance is more of a cafe with vibrant decorations with a polish feel..

My wife and I met my mother here for an early lunch on the 22nd of September . We had arrived at opening and were the first order taken by the young lady behind the counter. When ordering my mother and wife chose the 9 pierogi meal and I chose the 3 pierogi with the kielbasa. We each also ordered smoothies with our meals.

My mother and my wife’s meals arrived first. Shortly afterward I received 3 pierogis, with nothing else. My wife went up to ask the young lady if the rest of my meal was done? She had a difficult time understanding this simple exchange. My mother had paid and so she checked the receipt to see what the order was. She had rung it in for just 3 pierogis. Not the young lady’s job to question the order, but not a bit odd for the 6’2” guy to order a fraction of what these small women had ordered? We could see there was a language barrier so instead decided to order the original meal by pointing to the menu. For which the young lady’s did apologize.

We then waited a half hour for the smoothies to arrive which was quite some time given how empty the restaurant was. You could tell the lady working didn’t know the menu well enough and may have been new to making the smoothies. She yelled out the number to my wife’s smoothie and a few moments later shouted out an incorrect number, that we didn’t order. She prepared number 13 instead of 3, which was the one I had wanted. There were no other patrons who had ordered smoothies so it became apparent that was my smoothie now. I went up and told her that wasn’t what I ordered but I’ll just take that one so she didn’t have to remake it. She just nodded along, as she likely didn’t understand what I had just said. The smoothie? Not blended well at all so the texture was off and the ingredients involved honestly weren’t a great mix, whether it was the wrong order or not.

Overall we were there for about an hour for what was a really small meal that arrived either incorrect or untimely. I would give the restaurant a lower score but the pierogi are of good quality and it is the onus of management to staff someone capable of taking simple orders and handling service miscues. The lady assigned that day was only doing her job to the best of her ability and we didn’t hold those shortcomings against her.

Hopefully it is better next time.
