The dining room remains a bit dirty. After people eat, they don’t clean it up. It is unappetizing to eat at a dirty table. It is best to take it to-go. The fried tilapia $14 is what I got this time. That tasted OK. I had the BBQ chicken earlier last month. That was not good. It had a rubbery skin and it was hard to chew. The fried tilapia fish is much better.

Like all L&L restaurants, they all provide a little (lot) taste of Hawaii. This location is clean, convenient, and friendly. The staff are really helpful in selecting an option and the food here is made quick and fresh. A must stop if you’re craving a little taste of home!

I know all locations are different, but this one definitely isn’t the best. When I walked in, the woman at the register was very friendly and polite but there was a sign That said cash only and they had an ATM which was fine. Minor inconvenience.
I ordered spam musubi and garlic shrimp and then went to the bathroom while I waited. The bathroom was dirty and did not have any hand soap. They had a big jug of hand sanitizer on the front counter but they should have soap in the bathrooms.
The spam musubi was okay, but the garlic shrimp was not cleaned at all! I was literally scooping fried poop from the shrimp. The shrimp was way over cooked and I just couldn’t get over the fact that they split The back end of the shrimp but didn’t clean it.
In other locations the food is fine. This one, I do not recommend.

Its great utility bbq. Don’t remember the dish, but it came with 3 meats. Super tasty and large portions! Could have easily split it with my daughter. Would go again.

2. Spam musubi
3. Chicken katsu
4. Bbq beef sandwich with fries
5. Fried shrimp
6.Malasadas
Today, I tried the garlic shrimp here for the first time, and it’s pretty good. Shrimp was big and flavorful. Went well with the mac salad.
Loco moco was so onolicious that I wasn’t able to take a pic.
Chicken katsu – crunchy as always and not overcooked.
I have come to learn different L&L’s serve different items. This is the only one I know that has malasadas. Another location serves manapua, chicken lumpia, and haupia. We went to one in SoCal that had sushi, I believe

Really bad service can’t pay with card in San Bruno I can’t believe that!! please update you employees and your sistema and the cashier MAHALO VERY BAD actitud I don’t know how she is there in that important posición she is making you lose I lot I never going back she trade me like I ask for free food no I didn’t, you need I cashier very cane and with good customer service happy to work not one that it doesn’t care your business she just need I check and she don’t care clients. Also the food to sample no flavor and the chicken to dry no goo to eat ….
