Bad experience The person I was attending is not kind enough to attend. We waited almost 10 minutes to be treated, asked the girl if we could order and she told us she was busy. And there were only 3 people in restaurant 2 who were waiting for their order and I was about to order. The treatment of the staff is bad or at least the one that attended my order I hope they can talk to their staff because if they are working on that they have to have a little tact with the customers that makes them come back or leave and in my case I will not return. The employee is in the picture.

Went to KFC today, got the Tuesday 10 piece and a large mashed potato, she gave me a large mashed potatoes and a small mashed potatoes. I asked for napkins and silverware ,she got an attitude. The girl at the window was rude if she don’t want to work there, maybe she needs to find another place to work. I got my napkins balled up like trash or used ,she gave me three ,ask for more got them the same way.She acted like I asked for a pack. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I wish I could give 0 stars .KFC needs to do better.Wish I could post a picture.Asked for original got 2 pieces crispy. I think she did it on purpose. Ruined dinner for my family. That’s the last time they get any money from me and my family. Will be telling my friends not to go there. Thanks for nothing KFC

The restaurant says it’s open till 10:30. I called at 10:04 to see if they had pot pies and the girl that answered said hello so immediately I thought I had the wrong number because that’s not the way you answer a business. Then she told me that they would not take my order unless it was was online? My only option was door dash when I live 4 minutes away. My husband was en route and had to turn back. Good thing there are other options in this town.

I placed an order through the drive-thru, and the manager instructed me to pull up to the order window. I complied and ordered two of the 7-piece crispy chicken meals, which include two large sides each. The store manager seemed impatient, repeatedly asking for my credit card and rushing the process. I handed it over, she charged the order, and then asked me to pull forward and park—even though there were no cars behind me and no customers inside. It wasn’t busy at all, so I couldn’t understand the urgency.

After waiting about five minutes, an employee brought my food out. Upon checking, I realized they had given me original chicken, despite my repeated request for crispy. The manager never asked which sides I wanted and instead gave me four large mashed potatoes, which I didn’t order. It felt like she was trying to offload leftover items.

I chose not to make a fuss, given the unsettling stories you hear online about what can happen when customers complain. I accepted the incorrect order and left. I won’t be returning to this location.

I tried to do an official survey on from the receipt but it gave me trouble, but the customer service from the employees was beyond what anyone on this earth deserves. They were sweet from the moment that I entered the building and it was warm because of their spirits. It was not just a fast food place because of the true hearts that worked there! Another thing, I walked in and I was taken care of the speed of drive through so they are truly on another level with their care. Nothing but blessings to them!

This places deserves bonus points!! cleanest KFC I’ve been too and the food was the freshest!! Greated by Mercedes who was extremely helpful and polite threw me deciding which deal to get. Will be going back !

Absolutely disgusting chicken the manager (Mercedes suluaga) is very rude and should be fired immediately!!! she gave me the most severe food poisoning. i have never in my life gotten more sick . And on top of that I RECEIVED A CHICKEN HEAD this store should NOT be allowed to be open and don’t even get me started on the cook (Laura Gutierrez) she cannot cook anything evryone in this establishment should be Terminated !!!!

Front doors are neither or both not unlocked during business hours.. also usually not easy to get someone to stop playing on their phone or and help also waited in line and got skipped by a dude bc he spoke Spanish and I didn’t this place needs new leadership the company would be unhappy with this place smh…

At this location they always screw up my order. One time I ordered original bucket and when I got home there were a few original pieces on top and everything underneath was extra crispy. Had to drive 15 mins back, 30 mins round trip to get the correct order and all the manager did was offer me a soda while I waited. I don’t even drink soda. Then 2nd time( last week) my food was thrown together and order was wrong. Asked for the legs to be substituted for wings. Got home and had legs in my bucket. I even confirmed with the person at the window to give me wings instead of legs. Also, I ordered honey bbq wings and they gave me Nashville hot. The female manager is the one that has made these errors each time. Plus inside is filthy, floors are horrible. I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

This was the worst 4 piece Chicken tenders that I have had at KFC. They look like small kids meal rectangle pieces with no taste. If you want me to send a picture of this little tenders just let me know.
