I was pulled up and when my food was brought out my fries were cold and my burgers were lukewarm!!?? Im not sure what’s been going on at night time, since the big black guy with the glasses disappeared. I’m okay waiting. I understanding things can happen. I was going to take my order back in, but I was tired & I didn’t feel like waiting any longer than I already did!! The ladies at the window and speaker were very nice taking my order as usual, but a lot has been off about this place & the food at night, lately.

Everything was great . Little bit short handed for a Saturday morning, but Cookie did a great job taking care of her customers. She wasn’t feeling well and could barely talk but still did her job to the best of her ability. She deserves a raise. Everyone did a great job in serving their customers. Food was great and environment was great. Was able to get in and get out.

When did Hardee’s stop giving a senior discount? The week is the first time I’ve heard this and as a senior, money is tight and the discount does help. I am a regular customer of your company and usually go to the store in West Point, MS and ALWAYS get the discount. Came to the Houston, MS store the week and was told that there’s no longer a senior discount. Considering that most of your business is senior adults on Saturday and Sunday mornings, you may suffer sales cuts because of this. I for one am considering taking my business elsewhere because of this issue.

Since this place was closed, remodeled and re-opened it has been great. The employee who rang us up and took our payment was rude & didn’t provide us with a receipt even after I asked for one. That’s why I gave service a 3 star. The food was fresh, but did take longer than expected to receive it. A female employee brought our large order to the table when it was ready. The place is very very clean, but nothing was stocked by the drink machine. Really it’s just kind of a hit and miss situation here. We have been here other times and had no problem.

Both times I went here, the service was decent. I was however disappointed that when I came in later in the day (still 2-3 hours before closing mind you) I was given incredibly stale food. I ordered food for 5 people, and all had fries. I then watched as a young lady went over to a deep fry basket that had fries sitting in it since before I arrived in the restaurant, and fill (approximately half-way) all of my fries, not surprising that when we got them home they were cold, and hard as a rock. Again, the people were very friendly and personable. But I did end up changing a few things in my order based on the fact that I saw a LOT of premade food being used.
