It all started in 1983 when the first Cecil Whittaker’s opened in South County. A small restaurant with a small menu offering dine-in, carry-out and delivery. We saw the demand for a new choice in “St. Louis Style” pizza and quickly opened stores in North County, St. Charles, West County and St. Louis city. We originally served only pizza and salad, but customers wanted more, so we added pastas, sandwiches and appetizers to the menu. During the 1990’s, we grew as a chain and increased our number of units. Today, we have 25 locations to serve you in the greater St Louis area. I always have great experience with this Cecal’s so I am still giving 4 stars. But, I’ve only ordered that same thing (pepperoni and sausage). Tonight I ordered a 50/50 pizza and the other half was (hamburger and onion) but basically cheese on majority of it.

Love this place! Service is awesome and food is fantastic. Getting the grilled chicken Caesar seems crazy in a great pizza place, but you’ll thank me! It’s phenomenal! This was a terrible experience for me. I ordered a pizza, cheese bread and potato skins for delivery and I got two orders of burnt cheese bread and a cold pizza. The potato skins are over $5 more expensive than the cheese bread, so they stole $5.50 from me and I tipped to be ripped off. I tried to call, but of course they are closed at 9 pm on a Saturday night, so no one answered. Thanks for STEALING my money Cecil Whitaker’s!
