I visit this location often. I ordered a banana bread on my most recent visit on 11/17. I requested to not have it warmed, and to leave it in the original packaging. When I was ready to eat the banana bread, I noticed the date on the package was September. I called the location and spoke to Chris – MOD and asked him if it was safe to eat it due to the production date. He checked other packages and said it was safe. Chris was wrong because the banana bread had mold on it the next day!!! This is definitely a safety hazard and could have made me sick!! @Starbucks you need to do better!!

The baristas are always kind and thoughtful, even when they’re busy. Free refills for sticking around. A comfortable place to work all day. Reception, temperature, music volume all great. AND they play more Salsa music than any starbucks I’ve ever been in. ITS AWESOME. 10/10

I visited Starbucks through the drive-thru today and ordered a warmed banana bread, a short White Mocha, and a short Chai Tea Latte. The service was quick and the staff were friendly while taking my order. The banana bread was perfectly warmed and soft, and both drinks were made just right—rich, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant experience, and everything I ordered came out great. Would definitely return to this location for another pick-me-up.

I stopped by the Starbucks at Clock Tower in Sterling last week and had an awesome experience. I got the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, and it was made perfectly — super smooth, sweet, and just really good. The barista, Anthony, made my drink and did an amazing job. He was super friendly and gave great customer service, which honestly made my day.
The store had a nice chill vibe, and even though it was a little busy, my drink came out fast. You can tell the staff actually care about what they’re doing. Big thanks to Anthony for the great drink — I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

I’m not sure why my drinks are always wrong not worth the price I pay for I’m just wondering were the rest of my drink went this location needs to do better I order every week and I always get a wrong drink my food is cold or wrong but something is always wrong.

It was simple. Just a coffee. The barista wrote “hi” on one and “yum” on the other. Nothing too special but when I got home I saw it and it made me smile. It’s the little things in life.

Great Starbucks location. They do close some days early so be aware.
Big spacious location. Plenty of different seating arrangements. Perfect place for catching up with friends, studying, or just enjoying caffeine.
Customer service is good. It is well lit.
Limited parking spots right in-front of the shop but plenty of parking nearby.
I really like their impossible breakfast sandwich and the shaken espressos. Can’t go wrong with either white chocolate mocha or the caramel frappe.

Always crazy waits. Maybe pay your employees better and treat them well and staff the place since you love appeasing the shareholders and making sure your ceo is a billionaire. Well I guess that is why so many stores are closing. Greed.

I don’t know the employees name, but she was awesome and her customer service excellent. She had taken my order and it got busy real fast and my order was pushed back. I didn’t mind, because I saw how quickly it filled up and things happen. She upgraded my drink because of the long wait, which was very thoughtful. Thank you.
