Worst pizza. How do you mess up a 2 topping pizza. It’s without a doubt employees who do not care about the garage product they are putting together. Place is like a circus with the clown of a manager. This was the third time with terrible food and service. I work hard for my money and do not appreciate throwing it away. Let me make you and 4th horrible pizza Not.on your life. Get some management or just close the doors and stop taking money from hard working people and your business is ok delivering this aweful product. First time maybe they are having a bad day, 2nd time they were really busy so I cut them some slack, 3rd time Nope!!! No quality control, no managing employees, and ok with delivering garbage and taking people’s money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BECAUSE YOU WILL.

Mystery ingredients… ordered a cheesesteak papadilla and it had nearly no cheesesteak in it. Opened it up to look for the meat and found a mystery surprise inside. Called the “manager” and was told over the phone that it “must be a mushroom” and asked me to bring my delivered food to the store for a refund. Ridiculous.

Getting highly annoyed at this location. Last 4 times I’ve ordered the cheese/sauce/toppings are nowhere near the edge of the crust on the large pizzas (I’m talking 3 inches or crust with nothing).
It’s almost like they’ve been told to skimp since its occurring regularly (figured it was a one-off at first).
Also, when I order a half and half, the topping are ridiculous minimal and not evenly spread out whatsoever (where the 2 halves meet there is literally nothing but cheese on probably 4 of the 8 slices).

I want to say that I was greeted right away at the door and Anthony was here and he not only gave me outstanding service but he gave me everything not only that I asked for but also suggested for me to try a couple new things and I did not only was his service superior but I will definitely be coming back here again not only just to see him just to be in the atmosphere and the food was great as well !

I got the Oreo PaPa Bites and they were pretty good! The staff was nice. But these cost me $6.39. I live in Virginia and they cost about $3.80. But although the price is higher here, I’d say it’s worth it.

I placed an order in the app and when our food arrived, we realized that my husband’s order was not there. I called to let them know part of our order was missing, and the lady on the phone was very nice helping me in this matter. She came back on the line and said we didn’t order the Papadia. I relooked at my receipt and realized I made a mistake and did NOT in fact add it to the order. Instead of “okay then have a good night”; she offered for them to bring us the food I forgot! Without hesitation! Now THAT is outstanding customer service and THAT is why we continue to choose this Papa John’s every time! HUGE THANK YOU TO THE TEAM THERE FOR SAVING DINNER TONIGHT!!

Ordered the Valentine’s Day heart pizza and it comes only in thin crust. Asked for extra pizza sauce. It was crunchy and hard and didn’t even have the regular amount of sauce let alone extra!

Ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. It was a kind gesture for some volunteers that worked hard and expected lunch, a $90 bill. The employee who answered the call couldn’t get in contact with the driver and then got an major attitude with me and wouldn’t provide his name. Everyone heard how he was speaking to me since he was on speaker phone…very unprofessional. They will say the manager is never there no matter when you call. I called customer service to file a complaint and they said no one can do anything about it except the store and that the manager would reach out to me soon and he/she never did. People are still talking about how they didn’t get food that day. Someone even said it happened to them before. Delivery drivers just do what they want I guess…well everyone does. I will never order there again an neither will my company. This place clearly doesn’t care about good customer service.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE DOWNFALL AND LAZINESS OF THIS BRANCH! This restaurant is open UNTIL 2300!! We placed an order at 2223….. at 2254 they call us and say, DoorDash doesn’t have a driver for you, OUR DRIVER LEFT AT 2200…… And this is my problem how?! Papa John’s has become so cheap that you can’t afford to pay your drivers to stick around until the end of the night?! In today’s world?! That’s embarrassing! And greedy!!! As if you don’t make way more money off of your workers than they deserve! Maybe the welcome to the neighborhood free pizza from Dominos coupon was a sign that it’s time to move on……
