Very disappointed in quality and service. Ordered 5 toasted bagels with cream cheese for pick up and there is barely any cream cheese on the bagels. At 4$ a bagel I would expect atleast a normal amount of cream cheese. Last time I was here they also forgot to give me 2 blueberry muffins I ordered. Not a good experience.

We have been to this location multiple times now and we just love the fresh made bagels! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and the restrooms are super clean as well. I love the app and the free coffee when I come in. My favorites all time is the Jalapeño bagel with onion and chive spread!! Try them out you won’t regret it!! Ask for Felisha she will take great care of you!

Food was okay. Customer service isnt their strong point, I was a little disappointed the vendor didnt ask if I wanted one or two egg whites and just rang me up for two which is the most expensive option of the two. I didnt notice the issue until after biting into the rather large sandwich. I didnt want the heat by asking for any changes in the store from the two women workers and instead just opted to write this review for you to be aware. Also, this was my first time there so I just learned a lesson the hard way with my wallet. Hopefully sales continue to increase for this location in a better fashion. Not sure when I will be back. Im going to continue with making my own bagels in the morning and save that money. Way too much money here to be want to fed carbs and sugars.

Very clean establishment, customer service was great, as for the bagel we got the “all nighter” and tbh I expected more for a spot that specializes in bagels, the sandwich was ready literally 2 mins after I ordered which makes me think that everything is pre made, the bagel was kind of tough and the Chipotle Aioli really carried the sandwich! Without the sauce I wouldn’t have even bothered to finish it.

Came in at 10:15 ordered a maplehouse, hashbrown, bacon avocado tomato… And a caramel cream cold brew. Everything was DELICIOUS. Service was PERFECT, they were all super friendly and attentive to our needs. Keep up the great work. We will return!

Great Staff. Bagels are fresh. Stopped in on our way out of town again. Very pleased when we have Stopped in in the past. They packed the bagels nicely for our drive back home.

I had the Nov lox and substituted the plain bagel with the spinach Florentine. That bagel sandwich was delicious! I’m definitely coming back here to try their other sandwiches.

The bagels do taste good but not worth the hype nor the wait. 3 bagels and an avocado toast with 4 drinks cost over $50. Two of the coffees had soured vanilla creamer in them and my husband had to wait atleast ten minutes before someone acknowledged him at the counter. They were quick to replace the coffees. However best to grab and go and not sit inside as it is small.

The lack of drink choices is disheartening, and they don’t have fountain drinks. The drinks they do have, average around $4-5 dollars. The bagels however were fantastic, just a bit on the pricey side.
