NEW YEARS EVE 2025 we ordered a veggie lovers large supreme from the Coral Reed Shopping Center . It was terrible, 90 % of the veggies was black olive, I didn’t even see another vegetable on it, there was almost no red tomato sauce , nor cheese, the pizza was so dry to the taste. We took one piece, each of the 4 of us and none of us even finished that one piece. I gave mine to the dog. There are 4 pieces half the pizza left over and I plan to take it back to show a manager . The photo of the veg lovers supreme pizza looks nothing Nothing like th pizza we got. I was shocked at the poor quality of that pizza . Now to see if the manager replaces it and / or credits us with the cost. For many many years Pizza Hut has been our ”” go to pizza ” and loved and enjoyed but wow. This experience was horrible. Excellent Customer Service – Even With My Kids in Tow!
I had a small issue with my order, but the manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond to make it right. Even with my kids being a bit loud (they were excited for pizza!), the staff remained patient, kind, and professional. The manager personally came over, listened to my concern, and resolved everything quickly and with a smile.
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as always—and the customer service truly made the whole experience stand out. Thank you for turning a potentially stressful situation into a great time for me and my family!

The pizza was so greasy that the crust was soggy. When I called the store, they said it was from the pepperoni. Pepperoni was only on half of it. The cheese half was just as greasy and soggy. Also, I got a text at 6:14 that my order was out for delivery with 6:28 as the ETA. It was delivered at 6:55. Maybe that’s why the grease had time to soak through the crust.

We usually order from this place because it’s nearby and have no problems but after tonight we just received terrible service and I rather order from another Pizza Hut further away. This afternoon we order online for delivery as usual and when we received our order one of the pizzas was wrong. We were patient because we understand it happens and people make mistakes. So we called them back and it took them about 10-15 minutes to answer the phone, understandable. It’s Friday night and we’re sure they were very busy. Jeff answered and said we would received the correct pizza in 30-45 minutes, fine. After someone called my brother back not sure if it was Jeff or someone else saying that we would need to return the pizza that was incorrect back in order to receive the correct order. “Make sure you don’t eat the pizza because we’ll need it back” I’m not sure if that’s Pizza Hut’s policy or not but either way it’s terrible customer service and rude it had me fuming. When they came back to deliver the order I was going to ask why they needed the pizza back but they sent someone that couldn’t communicate with us so he left without it and seemed confused. So I still have no idea why they asked for the pizza back? Asking for the pizza back is just awful customer service and we really could’ve requested something free in return but didn’t. Please correct these issues and misunderstandings for future customers, especially regulars like us. Not even going to discuss the actual order which was a disappointment as well.
