We pulled into the drive-thru and there was 5 cars ahead. It took 32 mins to pay and get our food and no one let us know it was going to take long, why it took long or apologizd for the wait. Then we had to go inside because a food item was forgotten. I ate the saddest emptiest crunch wrap and I paid a little extra for both tacos in the combo to be supreme and they we both literally dripping wet and cold. I took a pic AFTER I’d already used napkins to attempt to dry them off but the entire thing was mush and threw them both out. Also for some reason we got tiny cups with both combos that look about 12 ounces or less.

Went to go through the drive through, cars are in front of me and behind me, they take the orders from the cars in front and back of me, but asked me to come inside to make my order. Keep in mind I drive a lifted truck and feel like I was targeted, this location has taco bell and KFC, but Arby’s across the street had no problem taking my Order

This place SUCKS!!!!!! I’ve been here several times as Taco Bell is my daughter’s favorite but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE TIME this place DISAPPOINTS!!!! Foods okay, atmosphere is dirty and service is terrible! Nobody there wants to work, be friendly or do anything for that matter! They complain while taking your order as if they are mad you walked in. If you don’t like your job, find another one but no need to take it out on paying customers that keep you employed. I’m so tired of Taco Bell’s honestly. They are all the same unfortunately. I’d rather pay more anywhere else just to get better service! Don’t waste your time or money! Wish they had negative stars to give because that’s what they deserve!

I don’t normally leave reviews on places unless it’s really bad or really good. This place was really bad. I ordered the new chalupas and nacho fries and my mom got a cantina quesadilla. We waited 15 minutes for our food (mind you, we were the only ones there) and once we got our food all i had in my bag were nacho fries, upon asking the worker where my chalupas were she said they ran out. She asked me if i want something else and i said a cheese quesadilla. I ended up receiving a chicken quesadilla.

I pulled in the drive-through at 2:50 PM. It is now 3:13 and I have two cars ahead of me in line still.
Got to the window at 3:21. The man was nice and apologized for the wait and that their system “just went down.” Then, he called for people to START making my order. I received my food at 3:25. I REALLY do not appreciate that I waited in line for 35 minutes and this made me late for my next stop for which I had social repercussions.

I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here, because they are 100% accurate. It looks like the staff tries to get the order wrong. Their demeanor was appalling. The food definitely did not meet expectations; the Chalupa that I ordered without sour cream, had sour cream. The quesidella was burnt and the rice was overcooked. Additionally, the staff displayed very poor attitude.

If I could give a zero I would, I couldn’t even order food because the employee at the drive through kept yelling at me. They were out of a lot which I understand but that shouldn’t include being yelled at and receiving attitude. The whole Time I couldn’t get a Word out because two Employees were taking turns yelling at me over the speaker.

Very bad experience. I barely leave reviews unless the place was amazing or if it was truly disappointing. We went to order at around 3pm so they were not very busy. We waited at the counter for 20 minutes and someone just then came to help the people waiting in front of us. The drive through line was also backed up and barely received any help, as the same car that was waiting when we walked in was STILL waiting. Overall, do not recommend this place as the service isn’t great. The employees don’t even acknowledge you. Only stop here if you have 40 minutes to spare.

NEVER once took my order, the lady taking order kept saying “be right with you” and then never got back to me and wanted 20 mins of my break. VERY UNDERSTAFF AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH INSIDE THE AREA AND JUST FOCUS ON DRIVE THRU

The staff was friendly. The drink station was a mess. Our main concern is it smells like mold in the building. When I looked up, a bunch ceiling tile have mold on them. There is definitely damage and water leaks up there. Hopefully the kitchen is clear of any mold.
