When I visit King George there are only 2 restaurants I visit with authentic ethnic food. I love the Mexican food they serve here. Not only are the portions large, the quality of ingredients is great, affordably priced and good service. I also love the Horchata drink they offer. The furniture is dated which is why I gave atmosphere 4 stars. It’s a great hole in the wall and I highly recommend it. I also just tried the queso and it is a must have!

We’ve been here 4 times. 3 of them were fantastic 1 of them ok. The reason I mentioned the ok is because this place has awesome food and if you had just an ok experience on your 1st run, they deserve another chance. Even the ok time had good food. Their food is all cooked fresh and hot. They’re friendly and kind. This is a hidden gem.

My favorite restaurant away from home. It’s the closes to Texas Mexican food that you can get up this way. Green Enchiladas (Enchiladas Verdes) is amazing, spicy but amazing. Great atmosphere, very clean and excellent service every time. All the staff is super friendly and we have met the owner and seen them several times. Affordable and reasonable prices.

Very nice and friendly spot to get some good Mexican food in the King George area. The food portions are great and the staff is very friendly. Me & my son visited on a Friday night and it was very busy but the staff is attentive and efficient. We were seated and greeted by our server immediately. Not a long wait for the food and we were checked on throughout our meal by our server and other staff. We will be back to visit again!!!

Overall good experience, service was excellent but the dining room could use a little updating and some music. The main dishes were well executed but the chips were bland and the queso was runny. There is currently no liquor license here but they do offer imported Coca-Cola, which is awesome.

My wife and I enjoy good Mexican food. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted and escorted to a table. Someone else brings you chop and fantastic tasting thick salsa. Your drinks are kept full and your food arrives at the table quickly. Would highly recommend El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant..

We picked up dinner last Sunday evening, they are conveniently located close to our home. Having lived in AZ and S.Calif we have been spoiled with delicious Mexican food. We were excited about this restaurant opening and had high hopes. We ordered Burritos Verdes & Chile Verde. It was surprisingly pretty good lots of flavor & just right amount of heat. Unfortunately the Salsa was very mild and not much flavor, chips were hard and a bit greasy.
We will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.
