Kayla and her team at this KFC/Taco Bell saved the day! In a last ditch effort to save our holiday party, Kayla helped us get food for 50 people in less than a half hour. She and her team were so kind and helpful; the food was delicious and everyone was happy. Thank you so much for helping us today. We really appreciate it! We will definitely be back in the future for any catering needs!

I run the indoor soccer facility about a mile away from this restaurant, and I drive through about twice per week. Every time I do, the service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, the food is prompt, and it’s the best fast food experience I get in this area. You hear a lot when service is bad, but this staff needs to hear how good they are, and how much they are appreciated.

We often frequent this Taco Bell kfc. And it’s typically pretty good hence the reason we come back. But tonight they missed the mark. Forgot my chips to my chips and cheese that mind was $3.50 each, in this economy we can’t be having that. My classic stacker was just thrown together it seems, the cheese roll up was ice, burrito was straight beans, no hot sauce. Just over all disaster of a visit. And it’s a shame. Lost a paying customer today very disappointed.

DON’T GO TO THIS TACO BELL, the others in the area are better. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and Doritos taco and they only gave me the Doritos taco and 2 other crunchy tacos that I did not order. 1 star is a complement…

All of our food from Taco Bell had hardly any meat in it. It was basically a lettuce and cheese Tacos. It’s pretty sad so spend almost $30.00 and that is what we got. I am very disappointed. We have never had that problem with this restaurant before.

this taco bell is usually the best one but the past 3 or 4 times I’ve come and asked for vegetarian items (crispy black bean taco) and recieved beef. Its nice to get a postcard replacement to use but it’d be better if I received the correct item the first time, especially after asking 3 times to make sure it was black beans and being assured that it was. The fiesta burrito has also been made incorrectly the past 3 times as well.

We had to drive over to this taco bell because the one at 64th and Ward was closed.
We ordered 4 Crunchwraps, 3 burrito supremes, and 1 taco. We took the order home and the first thing I heard from my 19 year old son is these are not Crunchwraps. He said that because they were so flat as in lacking food in the tortilla. My burrito Supremes were the smallest I have ever received from a taco bell. My 19 year old then opened his taco to find it was only about 1/2 filled. The three other kids never had a crunchwrap before so they didn’t know the difference. No one ever believes these stories so I took photos. This was the most pathetic meal I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I took a photo of the receipt so the manager can deal with the employee that doesn’t know how to make food. When I worked at taco bell 30+ years ago my burrito Supremes I made for customers were so awesome I barely could fold the tortilla. Tonight’s burritos were about 80 to 90% tortilla.
I wish we had driven to 88th and Wadsworth instead.
What is pathetic is I asked for a handful of hot and a handful of medium sauce. That to me is about 10 packets of each sauce. I suspect we got 50 to 60 packets total. The photo of sauce is the extra sauce that 6 of us didn’t use.
