This place is awful. I came to pick up my mobile order, and the employee with dreadlocks told me to wait and said she would bring my order out to me. I waited for a very long time—almost until the store was about to close. When I finally went back to the window to ask, she had completely forgotten about me.
What made it worse was that she made up a ridiculous excuse, saying she went outside twice looking for me and thought I had left. The parking lot is extremely small, and my car was parked right next to her window the entire time. There was no way she couldn’t have seen it.
I was extremely angry and frustrated. After handing me my food, she even awkwardly complimented me—completely unnecessary and honestly insulting after what happened. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. This was truly unprofessional service.

Placed a DoorDash order and forgot to specify some changes, called the number listed here and was connected to the general manager (not currently in the store) the GM then contacted the store to make the changes. Order arrived correct! A+++ service

Was told i had to wait longer due to the “fries not being ready” waited 10 extra minutes while 3 other cars came and went just for the fries to be cold and the inside of my biscut ICE cold. I wasnt too bothered until i came home took 3 drinks and noticed my ENTIRE cup is filled with ice.
Absolutely will not be spending my money here again.

Ummm I don’t give 5 stars but the deserved it. When you’re traveling with toddlers, one special needs one allergy to the ocean. And in addition not having the best of days things can get overwhelming fast. The staff there was super sweet and kind I believe her name is Darline omg bless her heart for keeping me from going crazy and making sure our food was fresh and yummy because I wanted to make sure that there was no cross contamination with the chicken. She didn’t dismissed me or catch an attitude when I told told her my son has a life threatening sea food allergy and would feel more comfortable if everyone was fresh. Darline showed so much compassion and empathy, she even told me about her son this made me more comfortable know she cared from one mom to the other.There are no words I can use to say thank you to this kind lady and her crew they made us feel like we was eating at home with family for a moment I forgot we were at a fast food joint.

Cold chicken strips and pretty sure sides were old. Returned strips to front to ask for hot ones and the gal at the counter proceeded to search for some warmer ones using a basket liner. Still did not receive hot ones. Sides had times written on bottom of the containers. Out of the five sides we had two were past the time of our visit, one well over an hour. Place wasn’t busy and plenty of workers.

Have gone here a couple times and each time I get my order right and fast. The place looks clean and staff is okay. Not friendly but not rude either, which is standard for a fast food place. I have no complaints for their food. This is the only chicken sandwich that I will not take away the pickles on it.

I’m not sure who the gentleman is working the window at 2:15pm is on Sunday, September 21st is. But his attitude sucks. He’s unpleasant. Extremely rude. Unprofessional. You should put someone else at the window who has people skills. Let this guy go if you want a successful business altogether. He is holding you back.

Twice now i have done mobile orders and have been told to wait due to stuff not being ready after ordering it ahead of time. Now waiting over 30 mins for food. So much for fast food. Employees couldnt even understand what i was saying as if they couldnt speak english.
