I got the Meso pork Ramen and loved it. So many delicious veggies and the broth was delicious. The portions were huge. My husband got the spicy beef ramen. It was also good. We will definitely come back and try more dishes. The service was good and quick— we had our food in about 5 minutes. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend giving Hokkaido a try. I love seeing new places like this come to Idaho Falls!

Stopped in to go to Costa Vida, but their line was huge and some of our party that went there had a bad experience. Glad I opted to walk a few doors down and get my food and eat it before those at Costa Vida even ordered.
I got the beef teriyaki, the meat was different from any other teriyaki place, so soft and tender, like eating a well cooked roast.
I’d like to come back and try the Ramen. Everything looked great.

This place is always excellent. The staff are polite and the food is fantastic. Tonight I called in a to-go order and the gal who answered was peppy and you could tell she was having fun and enjoyed her job. I asked who it was when I picked up my food, but she was wearing badass guitar pick earrings and had cool hair. Thanks for being thorough and kind!

We’ve been waiting for this to open. They have a great selection to choose from. We got the Shoyu Ramen and some Edamame. Delicious! We had to bring home some of the Ramen since the portions are large. There are a few other items we want to try on our next visit. The staff was very nice. We were there a lunch time and it was getting busy. They have a location across town if you live over there. I’m so glad they are here on this side of town.

If you like ramen, make sure you check out Hokkaido Ramen House. I tried it for the first time recently and it’s my new favorite ramen place. They have a great selection of ramen bowls and add-ins to choose from. I tried the Garlic Tonkotsu and it had the perfect amount of garlic flavor. The portions are huge. Service was great and quick.
