This was my first visit to Chipotle period, but this is a new store in Martinsville, Virginia. I came here at around 5pm and it was busy. Service was…okay? Like when I ordered, who I ordered with wasn’t all that friendly and didn’t seem to want to be very helpful. There is a lot of seating but some sections were a bit dirty. My food was pretty great, though! The place is brand new but looked kind of incomplete. The ceiling for example is not presented at all. I found it strange.
Overall, this place is in an easily accessible location, but still needs a bit of work for me to even consider giving 5*.

The girl at the window was super sweet. But after I got home with my bowl the bowl head pretty much nothing in it. WILD!! If I didn’t know better I would have sworn somebody had eaten out of it.

It js disappointing to see a brand-new addition to Martinsville and Henry County already struggling with basic operations. We’re constantly looking for new growth in the area, but it’s hard to support ‘nice things’ when you can’t even get through the front door.
I can’t comment on the food or the service because, despite just having a grand opening, the location was already closed during posted hours. We don’t need another empty building in the county; we need businesses that stay open. Get the doors unlocked so the community can actually show up for you – no fewer than 9 people in the 5 minutes it too me to write this pulled up read the sign on the door and left. Clearly we want you to be here .

Martinsville begged for this restaurant to come here, now everyone wants to complain. Any new restaurant takes time to sort things and run smooth. The quantity of food for the first two weeks was to ensure that they didn’t run out of food for the heavy traffic expected. You also have to gauge how much to order of what as well. Which is why portion size is better now. We arrived around 8pm tonight and the lady on the end of the line (that started our order) was super sweet to my child. She spoke directly to her, was kind and let order as a real customer. The line flowed, everyone seemed to be working together tonight. Kindness goes far in business. Our bowls were full this time with plenty. The steak was really spicy and fatty tonight, but overall everything was fresh.

This was my first time using the app, the restaurant and staff are new to the area, and my first catering order went off without a hitch! The staff genuinely cared about food safety and allergy issues. Above all else, the food was hot, tasty, and healthy. WELL worth the money. Just remember to order any catering at least 24 hours (ideally, 48 hours) in advance to allow for supply deliveries. Since the food is fresh, you always have a risk of shortages which can be avoided by early ordering.

Despite all of the negative reviews (likely from going to a new restaurant with limited staff) Today with a full staff, the portion was excellent, staff was friendly, and food is great. It was very loud in the restaurant though, but that’s to be expected from a busy location. Took my order to go.

First day opening jitters! We ordered on the app for 5:10 pickup, but dinner wasn’t ready until after 6pm. The food was good, though I wished for more rice and my mild tomato salsa was missing. Despite the wait, the staff were champions handling the crowd! This was their first day, so patience is key. I’ve been on 2 occasions. The first one, the food was nice but the person lost my order for about 5 minutes. It’s a new location so I was understanding. The second time, they were out of steak…I ordered on the app and generally this would reflect but it didn’t and allowed me to place the order. The woman at the drive thru wasn’t very nice nor helpful. The experience left me deciding if I ever do go back to this location that it’ll be after they get through their growing pains.
