Stopped by Uinta Brewing Company at the SLC Airport (Terminal B) and had a really nice experience. The food was solid, classic pub-style dishes, tasty and well-prepared and the prices were fair, especially for airport standards. The service was friendly and attentive, and the place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it a great spot to unwind before a flight. Huge thanks to manager Berkay for personally checking on us and helping with our food, it really made the experience even better.

First off, you can’t even order with a real person which is annoying. You scan a QR code to place your order. Second the $19.50 Chicken BLT main course salad I received was pathetic. It was about the size of a side salad and the quality of the ingredients and taste was mediocre. Mostly, it was that I couldn’t believe how small it was. I had to go spend another $4 on a protein bar because I was still starving when done. And my co-workers got fry sauce and they charged $1.50 for that! Been here a couple times now and won’t go back. Not impressed.

Absolutely FIRE wings. 10/10. Came out big, hot, and crispy. Exactly what I was craving. Good portion size for the price. Service is was very fast. Rylee makes a pretty good old fashioned (and her tattoos are hot).

SLC is great because you can visit 4 different brewery with satellites at the airport. UBC sits in concourse B and you have the option to have a flight of beers. Didn’t have food but looked decent as it was coming out, standard fare.

Lady with the dark lipstick was nice. She placed my order without a notepad which made me consider she has skills. I don’t know if it was on her or the kitchen but I ordered the Brewhouse breakfast with choice of sausage & sunny side hard. My meal came out with bacon instead and I bit into the eggs, they were cold. My eggs in my opinion were not fried hard. The meal states breakfast potatoes but it’s just tater tots which is extremely disappointing. Order was delivered by someone else with no utensils. When lady in the lipstick realized, she brought me a side of sausage & the utensil roll but turns out there was only a knife in it. Gave me a new roll but didn’t check up on me after that. The food was mediocre at best for it being over priced and service could be better. Operation just seems all over the place.

Huge letdown. My burger tasted like it was microwaved and was dry and flavorless. The nachos arrived 15 minutes after the rest of the food and were basically just chips with melted ballpark-style cheese, so my wife had to wait for something that wasn’t even good.
Service was slow with no table-side attention. For how expensive it is, this place is not worth the time or money. There are much better options in the SLC airport.

The waitress Cheyenne was quick to take our order and very friendly. The food was decent by airport standards and they supplied togo boxes. Would recommend if you want a decent size portion for a decent rate.
