Heno Heno is an absolute gem.
The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was spot on, with high quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal, and the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. You can really feel the passion behind the place. I enjoyed everything I ordered, but highlights for me were the deep fried tofu, pork rib Yakitori, enoki and bacon Yakitori, and grilled miso mackerel.

Great and authentic Japanese restaurant with very distinctive dishes like the Marinated firefly squid, which, as declared by the waitress, are only for palates that will appreciate raw tender flavours. I really enjoyed the Nabe Udon with shrimps and a mild broth, very comforting. The place felt authentic with lots of Japanese patrons.

We are so happy to find this little gem in Time Square restaurant row. If you like authentic Japanese comfort food, this is the place you must try! They have extensive menu and weekly specials. The food is delicious and well prepared. The service is great and very attentive. The vibes are very cozy. It’s such a beautiful memory for our Christmas NY family trip. We want to bring this restaurant home with us!

Easily one of my favourite restaurants in the city. The ambiance is authentic and cozy, perfect for a dinner with friends. The servers and staff were also all so helpful, attentive and kind, and make my experience pleasant everytime. Above all, the food is amazing. Every dish on the menu is a hit, you can’t go wrong! The menu is extensive but always delicious and super well priced. Definitely recommend!
