The gentleman who served us couldn’t have been nicer. The caramel matcha coffee and the strawberry milk teas we got were beautifully put together and tasted delicious. I highly recommend this little place in the food court of the outlet mall. 5 stars!

One of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve ever had. Me and my friends went to this stand. One of us got an iced caramel latte, and two of us got the strawberry matcha latte. The worker split a single serving of matcha between both of our drinks to save time and piled ice over the top of our cups. We each also got an order of donuts. I talked to the cashier and tried to ask if I could do a single order of donuts and get two taro and two matcha. She proceeded to charge me for four orders of donuts and totaled me to 25$. I asked her about it and then she charged me for 15. That’s when the supervisor came over and I explained it to her, and I thought she understood. She rang in my order and when I got it it was four matcha donuts. I asked her if I was going to get two taro to which she responded that I only ordered matcha donuts. When I looked at the cashier she shrugged at me and looked away. My friends also got completely different donuts than they ordered.

Everything I have had here has been excellent. The gentleman (little chinese guy?) that owns the shop is the nicest guy ever, and the staff are always happy and friendly too. My faves: Taro Boba, Passion Fruit smoothie, and Caramel Latte. Don’t miss out on this little gem in the Food Court at Grand River Outlet Mall!!

Best boba ever! Love the baristas, owners are super sweet, and the boba is DELICIOUS. Definitely the best Tapioca I’ve had in my years of boba-eating.
