Today was absolutely delicious there The chicken wasn’t overcooked! Everything was so yummy! When you deal with different people cooking & preparing your food every time you go, you can’t expect it to be perfect every time This time though, it was just all yum!

Absolute Kitchen Nightmare. They should close down.
Only 1 girl working running all the positions at the same time trying her best.
Fruit flies that were huge and all over the drinks and hot sauce and throughout the restaurant, the amount of flies was extreme.
They have missing inventory by the drinks, no straws but replaced with dollar store bendy straw that are loose in the basket without a sanitary cover so all the stress touch eachother or could be landed on by flies.
No to go lids, and I spilled the open hot sauce in transit. Totally dropped the ball on their supply ordering.
The food was disgusting. I got their signature burrito. The chicken was barely chopped and in large chewy pieces and I couldn’t eat the food after few bites it was terrible. I really hope I don’t get sick…
Management totally dropped the ball on this location, and I’ve been coming since they opened.
Hoping they will close up, step aside and let a proper more passionate restaurant open in its place. It’s waste of space and not cheap rent. And it’s never busy, they never have customers. People know it’s bad now.

The food is made from scratch, even the chips!
The wall of flame has up to 50 different sauces you can pick from. If you find one you really like you can buy it and bring it home!
I can vouch for the steak and chicken dishes. They practically melt in your mouth! Great flavors!

We have always loved California Tortilla and typically go to Exton which is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious! Our experience at the Glen Mills location was not the same. It was extremely dirty. The floors in the kitchen and the smell in the hallway to the bathrooms was horrible. Our food was swimming in sauce to the point where we had to drain is out of our burrito bowls with a spoon. I’m not one to complain but it was pretty bad.

California Tortilla consistently delivers! I recently had a bowl and it was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the ingredients were high quality. The service was friendly and efficient as always. Highly recommend!

I went to California tortilla in Glenn mills today , worst experience ever . Employees work in slow motion have the worst customer service . I ordered a bowl there was nothing but vegetables and overcooked rice . My chicken , beans , and avocado were missing . Chips stale . They re did the place just to serve trash food. I use to love going here . Will never be back again ..

For a fast food place, I’m going to say it’s pretty good. I ordered the blackened chicken quesadilla and the blackened fish taco. The quesadilla was okay, chicken was a bit dry and the other ingredients seemed fresh. On the other hand, the fish taco was really good, big piece of fish. Food overall has big portions. Good for lunch.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPECT I asked for zero beans on my burrito and when I told them that the worker proceeded to dump the burrito on the counter and look at me roll his eyes and shake his head at me. And the other worker was just walking around on the phone doing nothing.

Me and my mom go to doctor’s in Glenn mills twice a year and all we kept talking about today was California tortilla. The first time we went last winter place was banging couldn’t stop raving about it thought it was a better chipotle. Today all I have to stay is safe ur money . It’s dirty the chicken is disgusting and place has fell off hard . I highly suggest not to eat here
